***NOTICE***

You should only take supplements if your diet and training program (as in lifting weights, none of that hanging stretching stuff as they just hurt your joints in terms of your spine).

Your diet should have lots of protein, decent complex carbs, some monounsaturated fat.

All products claiming to make you grow so many more inches is a scam. Here are the real stuff.

The only AA pills that are good deal with GABA or L-Dopa.

The Arginine, Ornithine, Lysine, etc., are all crap in pill form for many reasons, I'll list a couple.

1. The way they are manufacture, you get very little (500mg at the most of one AA) because that's how they process them.

2. The only ones that get absorbed are peptide-bond AA's

3. Even w/ the peptide-bond AA's, most of it gets pissed out.



Now, you the Arginine/Ornithine craze was in the 80's, and most stacks are frauds. They do work IN A VERY SMALL SCALE and costs $80 dollars or more.

The AA capsules can range from $5 to $40 but don't waste your money. They don't work unless you take the whole bottle.



For GABA and L-Dopa, HERE IS A VERY IMPORTANT READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have to cycle them. Cycling as in take them for 4 weeks, lay off the, 2-3 weeks - to maintain optimum effeciency. Like steroids, they lose effectiveness if you keep on just using them.

What about arginine/ornithine/lysine? If not pills, what do I take?


Take whey protein. Whey protein shakes are a very good way to get your amino acids. Don't worry about them having sugar which can inhibit HGH release and release insulin, as they don't have a lot of sugar or carbs.

Whey protein comes with all the necessary amino acids...

Arginine
Lysine
Glutamine
Tyrosine
Etc.

And they come in much larger dosages. One scoop may have 1g-10g of one amino acid. And since it's being absorbed naturally, it's much more effective.




What about arginine proglutamate, OKG, etc.? Well, I suggest another thing for you to supplement it.

Take some Universal Nutrition GH Stack - it's physical form allows it to be absorbed well and it comes with 2g of ornithine, arginine proglutamate, etc.


What else?

You can't go wrong with calcium and ZMA.

Do not take calcium and ZMA at the same time, as calcium inhibits the absorption of zinc.

ZMA is needed to boost testosterone levels which can level off estrogen. However, ZMA is quite expensive ($10 for a bottle).

Another option instead of ZMA is to just get zinc and a multivitamin. ZMA is zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B6. All you need is zinc, and although magnesium can boost absorption of zinc, if you take more than 40g, you don't need magnesium and unless you're anorexic, magnesium defieciency is VERY RARE. You need vitamin B6 for better sleep and the amount of B6 determines whether you're going to have dreams or not, so if you take B6, be prepared for some lucid dreams.

IMPORTANT - Make sure you look at what form of zinc it is, as in aspartmate, gluconate, sulfate, or chelate.

Flax oil gives you all the fatty acid chains you need. They do not make you fat, help lower cholesterol, and since you get all the necessary fats, you're all set.

Another supplement is glucosamine for stronger joints.




So, in retrospect, I put together all the supplements you need... (Supplements that come in capsules have around 100-400 capsules per bottle)




Whey protein (I prefer Optimum Nutrition, it tastes great and comes with a lot of glutamine. Doesn't come with tons of arginine, but it's going to be blocked by lysine anyway)

- A 5lb tub can cost around $25, pretty cheap, mix it with milk

OR

You can get a weight gainer like N-Large2. N-Large comes with TONS OF AMINO ACIDS but it's a weight gainer so unless you're a bodybuilder or are desperate for the best protein you can get...

A Multivitamin - Like Centrum, Ultimate Nutrition Super Complete Formula, etc.

- $5-15



Glucosamine

- $5

Flax Oil or if you want to go cheaper, olive oil

How to take them...


Take the multivitamin and flax oil in the morning.
Take whey after you workout
Take zinc, glucosamine, GH stack, and the AA capsules at night

DOES NOT WORK. Your mind is a powerful tool. However, it does not control secretions in the same way you can't control your digestive system, your heart beat, etc. You can do things to help aid in it, but you can't control it.

I've been taking the Sharp lab growth boosters from growtall.com for exactly 3 months now twice every day. So far I see no change in my height. . Even though I have experience no height increase from this product, there is something interesting I'd like to report So, these boosters are definitely doing nothing, because of all these obvious scams things that are happening. At this point I don't know if they will refund me since I got no reply to my refund and I reported them. So far I haven't gained a single cm. Their website claims that it takes about 2 months for results to be seen. I guess I'll keep an open mind on my lawyer. I will continue bringing you updates about this product.
