I'm interested in trying hypnosis to see if I can grow at all. I've done some research and found some interesting hypnosis related MP3s on Kazaa but none have anything to do with growth. If anyone knows any website offering hypnosis guides on growing taller could you please post a link. Also if anyone already has some height related hypnonsis MP3s please consider sharing them on Kazaa for others to use. Thanks.

I hate to dissapoint you, but the chances of you being able to grow taller from Hypnosis, are about as good as Muggsy Bogues growing to be as tall as Yao Ming one day. It can't, and it won't happen! While Hypnosis has been proven to cure other ailments, no matter how hard you put your mind to it, humans simply can't convince themselves to grow taller. If you want to check out which websites sell Hypnosis tapes that claim to promote height increase, go to www.shortsupport.org and you'll find your sites there that sell height increase products (including the Hypnosis tapes). Again though, you're not going to be able to grow from it, and as far as I know just about everything being sold over the internet these days, from height increase products to weight loss products is a scam. Do yourself a favor and just stay away from these scam products. The last thing you want to do is feed the scam artists over the internet that prey on short people like us that know we'll do just about anything to get taller. It's best that you just throw in the towel and accept who you are. I know it kind of sucks, but it's pretty much the best you can do at this point until the day comes when there truly is a height increase product invented for the public. So please do yourself, and everyone else a favor, and stay away from these scam products! They don't work and we all should know that by now.

this message is for the skeptic. You obviously know nothing about hypnosis. If you did you would realize that it does work, as i've grown and many others have grown using hypnosis and nothing else. Your the type of skeptic that will never grow. Your ignorant about hypnosis but you feel you have the right to comment on the potential of hypnosis and the human body.
Fact is that you can grow from hypnosis. Believe what you want, but for the person who intially posted this message, yes you can grow with hypnosis. First things first, I would be pleased to help. What you should know is that I have not used the deeptrancenow cd's. I simply used that as an example of a source of grow taller hypnosis cd's. Once again I made my own cd's.

The mind wandering problem, I sometimes face aswell. This has probably prevented you from being in a good deep state of hypnosis, thus preventing any real results. This is simply your conscious mind becoming board (sp?), which is a good thing. However It is better to concentrate on the cd and the words that you hear. I'm not sure what the deeptrancenow cd says but I assume my point would apply to it aswell. However from my LIMITED experience a wandering mind either because your not completely relaxed, or you don't want to be hypnotized (this sounds strange but in some cases it's true).

To prevent the wandering mind try to become as comfortable as possible and don't try to concentrate on the cd. Just listen and relax. Allow yourself to relax into a state of complete relaxtion, when you are hypnotized it is like sleep, only you wake up at the end of the hypnosis session. So just let it happen.

If their are any differing views on what I have said, please post, because if I am wrong, I would like to learn about my mistake and correct them.

I'd just like to say thankyou to Executive for backing me up, you're one of the first people to do so. I've asked these questions on other forums aswell and have been told by so many people that hypnotic growth is impossible I began to doubt it myself, but I know that in the first 2 weeks, before I began listening to these skeptics, I felt amazing and actually felt taller, this was probably down to improved posture but I was taller all the same.
I'm yet to discover any hypnosis MP3s directly relating to growing taller, but I have downloaded and used other hypnosis MP3s to get a feel for hypnosis. I must say I like it.
As for mind wandering, I had that problem at first, I was constantly analyzing everything and thinking to myself "Am I hypnotized? I can't be, I'm still awake". This is a misconception with hypnosis that I've now come to realize. Although hypnosis can be experienced differently by everyone, the general idea is that to onlookers you would appear to be out like a light, yet you are actually so wide awake its unreal, if you needed to quickly "wake up" for something (interuptions or whatever), you could, quite easily. The idea is that whilst you don't need to, you don't want to. Am I making sense? It's very difficult to put into words how your mind works when in this state! Don't think about wether you're awake or not, don't doubt that you're "under", don't do anything. Just completely switch off and listen intently to every command or suggestion you are given. Try breathing using only your diaphragm, this can put you in a state of relaxation you never knew was possible.
Wishful thinking is no good. You need to 100% believe you are tall, your body is growing, visualize yourself as a tall person.
I would recommend hypnosis to anyone, if you have Kazaa or any other file-sharing program download a few hypnosis MP3s, burn them to a CD or tape if you have the necessary equipement and listen through ear/headphones, this allows you to concentrate better and drowns out other distractions. There are no growing taller hypnosis sessions currently available to download (believe me, I've looked!) but hopefully there will be some soon.
And if Executive would like to share the script he prepared I, and no doubt many others, would be greatly appreciative. Thankyou.

The reason so many people on message boards don't believe hypnosis will work is because they have been taught that in order for anything to be successful and safe it must be vendicated or supported by western science, which holds the power of the mind subordinate to medication and devices. you'll notice that most people on message boards tend to call everything a scam. They would sooner believer the negative, rather than the positve aspects of a product or technique. Everything is a scam to most of the people on this message board. However I'm pleased to see your determination and openmindedness (sp?). With no further ado. Here's the script you may modify it however you want. I would suggest changing the "I" to "you" in the script. Also if you change anything else use positive language. nothing negative. ie. instead of saying you will not eat lots of candy, say, fruits and vegetalbs taste much better to you than candy. And I digress, here's the script;

Now I lie back and make myself comfortable with my feet side by side and my arms by my sides. I Look directly up above my head and see if I can find a comfortable spot on the ceiling and fix my gaze on it. The perfect position for it will be one that it is comfortable for me to look at. I Look directly in the way my eyes most comfortably point when relaxed. Then I move my eyes up to a spot on the ceiling about eight or ten inches above that comfortable point. A spot or a pattern will do nicely. now when I look at it, my head will be relaxed but my eyes will have to make a very slight effort to look up at the spot. I Lie back completely comfortably and relaxed now. I Focus my eyes on the spot and start to relax very thoroughly, very deeply and very completely. I keep my eyes open, even if I am tempted to close them. I Keep them on the spot, absolutely fixed, all of the time. And relax the rest of my body. Slowly and completely. I Remember that for the next few minutes nothing else matters but relaxing and listening to my voice. Nothing will disturb me or bother me or even interest me. No outside sounds will trouble me. I will not even notice the feeling of clothing on my skin, or of the weight of my body on my bed. Absolutely nothing will disturb me. All these are just outside things, they don't matter. They don't affect me, and so I completely ignore them. I Remember too that if any sudden problem should arise, anything important that needed my attention, I would be back to normal instantly. my state of hypnosis will be totally gone at once and I will react and respond correctly, and exactly as I normally would. So everything is fine, I can just lie back and relax, completely, happily and completely safely. All I do is keep my eyes on the spot and gradually, slowly, relax everything. And as I lie on my bed, calm and quiet, I can feel my body living, my heart beating, my lungs breathing, my brain concentrating, my ears listening, everything inside me working, living, but calmly and quietly. Everything very calm and still and relaxed, and very, very safe and secure. Now I let every part of me go limp and relaxed. I Feel every muscle, every single one of them, relaxing, relaxing completely. And as I relax, I feel the tension start to leave. All the tensions of the last few days, and the last few hours recedes, I let them drift away and be calm.
I Feel them drift away, they are starting to already. I Feel all the tightness and the tension draining away from me, especially from my face and my neck and shoulders. I Let them relax completely, the tension seeping, seeping, seeping away. Seeping down out of my body, out of my stomach and out of my arms and legs, and out and away from me, gone completely, right away, and being replaced by calm, gentle, soothing relaxation. Everything is relaxed and still, relaxed and still, all except my eyes still fixed on that spot. I Just allow my breathing to take over automatically, as it will, slowly and steadily, easy, peaceful breathing. Now the muscles in my butt and the small of my back - I let them relax. But I will try to keep them on that spot for just a while longer. ive grown from hypnosis as well, and its really quite easy to do, patience is key, and having some understadndings of the workings of the mind and body help, i used a custom cd from hyptalk.com for a month consistently and gained at 3/4 inch, ive restarted hypnosis, and have been doing it everyday for almost three weeks now, i never miss a day and im gonna see what happens in three months, ive also made my own tape that i use sometimes,

I have recently purchased the growing taller hypnotic CDs from www.hyptalk.com and the lady Victoria Wizell is pretty competent as a hypnotist. Her voice seems to be quite relaxing and its such a healing and liberating experience to be hypnotized.
I've found from listening to it for the last couple of days that there is nothing magical about being hypnotized, its just a process of really concentrating your mind but strangely enough it is not exhausting mentally it is very relaxing.

I've only been listening to it for about almost a week now, so I haven't seen any visible result yet. But one thing I know for sure is now I believe in myself more and I am utterly convinced that I will grow. There's no question in my mind anymore. As a side effect I do like the positive attitude that hypnosis is providing me.

I've been taking the Sharp lab growth boosters from growtall.com for exactly 3 months now twice every day. So far I see no change in my height. . Even though I have experience no height increase from this product, there is something interesting I'd like to report So, these boosters are definitely doing nothing, because of all these obvious scams things that are happening. At this point I don't know if they will refund me since I got no reply to my refund and I reported them. So far I haven't gained a single cm. Their website claims that it takes about 2 months for results to be seen. I guess I'll keep an open mind on my lawyer. I will continue bringing you updates about this product.

it seems the idea of hypnosis is to improve your state of mind over matter. assuming that i went over some of that stuff in my mind, would there be any particular type of music that would be beneficial in the background.

i seem to remember reading a post that mentioned alpha waves or something - is that right? how does that work - and what type of music has the right waves / nature /etc.? ive heard mozart mentioned a couple of times - would that be relevant?

I just ordered the Wendi hypnosis course and will see how it goes. My friends have used other courses by her and recommend them highly. So I bought them, I will keep you people posted. One thing different about Wendi's hypnosis is that not only does it come with hypnosis stuff to listen to, it is basically a whole regime. I don't know whether or not to believe this. I think that when these people grew from hypnosis they grew naturally(gene timetable) and it was just a coincidence. That's my opinion. I'd like to see some proof where bones have fused and people have grown. Then I'd be sold.

So far what I've observed from the believers in hypnosis is there must be a paradigm shift within the users in order for it to work.
In other words an entirely new system of thinking must be adopted for someone to have success.
People who insist on having "proof" and who believe they are skeptical because it is the intellectual thing to do, are the ones who hypnosis will never work for.
On the other hand those who come with an open mind and are ready to accept a reality where much more exists than what meets the eye, are the ones who are experiencing the growth.
I tend to side with those who are willing to believe in the unbelievable. I don't think modern science has the answers to all. If it did we would have more effective treatments for diseases like cancer.
I do not doubt the benefits of being objective, a gift of modern science, however, it has its limits.
Right now physicists are at the limits of observation.
They are stumped about the nature of matter itself.
Beyond the atom, lies the sub atomic, and that is where a new frontier has emerged.
I recommend a book called Quantum, by Jim Al-Khalili, if anyone wants to see what I'm talking about.
In that book you'll see that what were ALL composed of, which is atoms, is not stable at all. We are all made up of countless particles that have minds of their own.
This means that as strange as it may sound, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE...

I consider myself a Christian, and I don't think anything is wrong with hypnosis.
First off, I agree with you that giving up control of one's mental faculties is dangerous, but that is not what hypnosis is. In hypnosis one is fully conscious.
I think you may have some preconceived notions about hypnosis and how it involves brainwashing of some "zoned" out people.
It is nice that you would issue a warning to those who might be willing to have someone input ideas into their heads without their consent, but in this case I think it is unneccessary.

3 inches with hypnosis? What were the ages? Anyone can grow 3 inches if they're in their teens. Someone should post before and after results for full proof. I want to try it but would like to see some proof.

QUatum growth stated that people who want proof all the time will not grow height with hypnosis so you probably won't grow with it. You cannot have proof of hypnosis since every human's brain works in a different way, which means everyone achieves different results. I was skeptical before I started hypnosis but eventually had belief in it because I knew it would work.

I hope it is ok to be skeptical at first and then have belief of hypnosis to make it work for me?
