They is no doubt about it, it’s something you insert into your shoe. What else could it be! I could be wrong though.

read the site dude its not something u insert in ur shoe the site says:
Jackie continued: you could always put something on your head to make you look taller, like a big hat or some type of wig, but of course that would look silly and people would know how high you really were. Maybe you could try wearing high heel shoes, again a man in high heels does look a little strange or feminine and this would counter your self-esteem before you even began to think about looking taller.
Well just imagine if you could somehow add on a few inches somewhere in the middle. Somewhere that nobody else would notice anything different about you except that you were a bit taller

It might not be a postural procedure, as it says, but it probably is just stretching exercises to thicken your discs in the middle. What else could it be? Remember, the add says "instant secret", it doesn't say "instant results". I can tell you an "instant" secret to lose weight - diet and exercise- doesn't mean you lose weight right away.

either way i sent in money and im planning on sharing the info with everyone on the forums, your right its most likely a scam or crap, but who knows, and the way they advertise it its hard to know what is is, very good point on instant secret rather than results but as far as stretching they say it is not an exercise method of any kind:
What we offer Advice and detailed instructions on How to become taller. We do not offer any type of treatment, medical or postural procedure. Our method is nothing to do with diets, nutrition or any type of exercise, All we will share with you is our simple, easy and instant secret to making yourself a few inches taller
if you read carefully they are saying its not posture or medical or diet or exercises, its not high heels, its not a hat, they say it will give u inches some where in the middle whateevr that means, and first it seems like a trick, when i say trick i mean false height similar to heels or inserts....but then they say youll get from 1.5 to 3 inches rarely four most likely 2.5, so if its a trick why would it be so variable? who knows, and they claim it works better for shorter people
anyway, i probably lost 10 dollars we can go on endless debates about waht it is, but ill tell everyone what it is when i get it

It just says “high heel shoes”. Where does the site say “its not something u insert in ur shoe” or something of that nature.
It says that “Somewhere that nobody else would notice anything different about you except that you were a bit taller”.
Only by putting something in your shoes (not sandal or slippers of cause) would no one notice.
The only real way to gain height after one’s bone has fuse with the latest medical science is through limb lengthening. Stretching your spine or cartilage might work as well but is not scientifically proven. Because they is no other way around this, the only other way I concluded is by putting something in your shoe and further more it cost 10 bucks. Sf could also be right though. Anyway, the site looks like a scam to me.

Well, anyway, I guess we'll know soon enough. You're not going to get anything for $10, but it's not a lot to find out. If it sounds to good to be true....

I tried to find out about this company...
June 24 2003, 7:04 AM
I tried to phone telephone directories and also phoned the Harrogate Tourist Information people, who have the numbers of all businesses and residences in the area. Both the Harrogate Tourist Informaition and telephone directories could not give me their number and had never heard of it and the lady on the phone said as far as she is concerned, the address that I gave was a residential area, however she was not sure. If it was nearer to me then I would have gone down there myself, but I am in the south and that place is way up north.
This first caught my eye as a) I had never heard of it before and b) It was different from all the other products on the internet and they were based in the UK. This webpage was in the short persons support site.
The more I look it the more I think it is scam, as they only have given you the address, no telephone number or email address. The reason why it is so cheap is because when people look it they think that it is only £5 or $10 (for the ppls in the US!) and therefore why not give it go and so they may scam people in that way and make a lot of money as whose to say when you send your £5, they will actually send you anything.
At first I was going to try it and now I am not so sure...However if I do decide to try it or find out anything else I will let you lot know
the instructions simply have to do with buying shoes one size larger than normal with thick heels, "hidden heels"and adding extra material into the inside of your shoes, if people are really interested ill tpye it out, (its one peice of paper with instructions which they call stage A and B a formula that when followed increases height ) stage a thick soled shoes, stage b adding more material into the inside of ur shoe, 10$ down the drain for me, and you guys lose no money
Thanks for the info man! So what is the formula to make you taller then, if you dont mind posting it up here in the forum? Does it work? Have you tried it yet? Thanks!

My letter from TmetC came in today, lol. Well, it works. For those of you who are extremely insecure when it comes to your height. I'd say go for it. As for myself, standing 5'8" barefooted, then slipping on my pair of Lugz plus TmetC's "hidden heels"..bam...a little over 3 inches taller, instantly..lol. I must admit, it does feel good standing upright being close to 6'. Feels really good actually, but I'd still prefer the real thing. Hopefully I'll get there someday.
As for TmetC, they are the first people that I ordered from who's product actually did what they said it would do. There is an upside to it, I mean, you are 3" taller, and it doesn't look or feel awkward. It's just when you take off those shoes and hidden heels, that's the suck-ass part about it. lol.

Nikita, do you think you can type out the instructions for us?
July 7 2003, 11:28 PM
I think it's lame that they don't tell you it's not REAL height increase. It's misleading.
Nikita (no login) 12.215.96.207
Sure, here it is:
July 8 2003, 12:53 AM
"We use a two-stage system, both of which are simple and easy do-it-your-self methods. We strongly recommend that you use both satges A + B to achieve maximum new height. Stage B is the real secret concept that will increase your height alone, but it will be much more efficient if used in conjunction with stage A, as recommended.
Stage A: Go out and buy yourself a new pair of shoes, buy a whole size larger than your normal size. Look for a pair with a thick sole. These are usually the cheaper foreign imported brands sold everywhere. Stay away from the thin leather soled brogue type shoes, which are more expensive. When selecting your new shoes choose ones with a thick heel. Put your fingers inside the shoe to feel where the heel part of the foot sits in the shoe. Some shoes look like they have thick soles but the foot level is sometimes right down inside the sole. use your fingers to feel out a few pairs until you find some with a good bulky heel that fits high into the main wearing part of the shoe.
If you are lucky, you may find some with a heel, which goes higher into the shoe than, appears so from outside.
In Summary: #New shoes one size larger #Thick bulky soles #High padding/lining/insole level in the shoe heel area.
Stage B: Now you have found that the right shoes can add an inch or more than you would think, you are simply going to exaggerate this idea even more. By adding extra material to the inside of your shoes, especially the heel areas, you are effectively getting what we call hidden heels! You will be wearing a type of high heel that no one knows about except you. The beauty about this method; is that you can increase the hidden heel even more as you become used to your newfound height.
Using you hidden heels in cojunction with the specified footwear will give an average height increase of 2.5" to 3". One of the easiest materials to use for building your hidden heel is plain old carpet. Good quality thick carpet samples or car mats are both ideal for this purpose. the quickest way to build your hidden heel is as follows:
Place you shoes on the uptruned carpet piece and draw around the entire sole with a marker pen. Cut out the shape, cutting just inside the outline so it will fit snugly iside the shoe. Do this for both right and left shoes. Now do the same again except this time draw around the heel area only. Do this several times if carpet is not too thick. Cut out the heel shaped pieces also.
Simply glue some of the heel cut outs to the underside of your main carpet insole into your shoes. Try your new hidden heels shoes on for comfort and balance. you can add or distract more pieces as suits. Yippee! You are now at least 2" taller. Do the same process with all your new footwear as time goes by."

LOL, sounds better than what I do, and probably much more comfortable. I walk on my toes or the balls of my feet like high heels, but no one knows because my shoes arent entirely on, but it seems like they are to everyone else. It perfects my posture plus my calves have strenghthened tremendously cuz Ive been doin it for more than a year now, but it's really hard to get away it.
Ive been spotted a couple o' times and I give out lame excuses saying shit like my ankles are messed up or something

man i read that "how we started" page and i was disgusted at how racist it was. calling all chinese people short??? they say average height of a chinese guy is 5'5"? BS!!! i am chinese and i am 6'3"! how about yao ming? he is like 7'5"!!!
anyone see bruce almighty? i think that movie is racist to asian height too. at the beginning of the scene at the part, a bunch of people are talking about all these cool things that happened to them cuz their prayers got answered. one asian guy is walking with a woman and the woman asks him "did you get taller?" and the asian guy answeres "yeah, i did". wtf is with all this racism???
