i was wonderin if the height u get by creating those micro fractures is permanently?Our will u lose it after a few years,weeks like streching i have once read that u will lose all height u gained by streching within 40 months after u did the exercises even if u did it for a long time becose there will be completely new bone tissue wich doesnt need to be big
is it true our if u strech for years will it be permanent?does any one have experience with this stuff

sorry for not responding ive been out of this board for a week
anyway you do by jumping rope running short and long distance however short distance repeated runs are he best i think
i do a warm up of 1 mile and then do a few 100yds sprints at almost 100% in like 13 secs it helps best for creating those fractures just like rope skipping it helps great to.Bt ive been doubting about the theorie because i think its the cartillage that makes the legs grow but it could be true so here it goes do intensive runs buy ure self a jumping rope and try do 10 100 jumps ai do only 300 because of the running afterward and afterwards stretch ure legs best with weights.
anyway if it doesnt work this regime will give u muscles and burn off the fat
because this one produces a loooott of hgh

Prolex is kick ass and better than all products. I do 100 kick and than use prolex and grow few inches on my both legs in 3 months.
