Hey fellas, the dosage I have been taking is a mixture of glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin, now glucosamine is what actually does the cartilage building while chondrotin is more of a cartilage preservative. I've been taking a dosage of 1000mg of glucosamine sulfate in additon to 800mg of chondroitin. if u live in NY like myself these dosages are over the counter, cost about $20.00 for a month's supply and are available at any Rite Aid or Duane Reade. Once again diabetics and those with herpres must consult their doctor before taking this, glucosamine is a sugar based compound and can have dangerous side effects for diabetics. So once again be safe, healthy, and good luck.
do think this web-site is scam?? cause they tell u about alot of things about to get the real supplement etc.
I urge u to check it out: www.super-pill.com

Yes, I think it's a big stinking SCAM!!!!!

The fact that you had to post this message two times and nobody's ever heard of it proves that it's a SCAM!!! I went to the website and it looks like all the other scam-ass websites. I even called the number listed on the page. The recording does not even say the name of the company!! It just asks you if you would like to leave a message. What professional company do you know that doesn't state the name of their company on a recording-NONE!! To all the forum members, trust me super-pill is a big time SCAM. All they talk about are the benefits of Arginine or L-Arginine or however you spell it. You can buy this stuff at a drug or health food store. I have although heard of the benefits of glucosamine, but I haven't heard anything related to height increase. I think that MedStudent is credible though. As far as super-pill, DON'T FALL FOR IT, IT IS A SCAM!!
M- you're not with the super-pill company are you?
I've heard that glucosamine is best absorbed by the body in liquid form. Are you taking liquid or pill form and what is the brand label and product name you are using? Also, would increasing the dosage produce faster and greater results, or would that be a stupid, hazardous descision?
Thanks

Hi,
When you say you take 1000mg dosage of Gluco and 800mg dosage of Chondrotin, do you mean once a day or multiple times?
Like 1000mg dosage in morning, 1000mg in afternoon, and 1000mg at night?
or just once a day for both?

Also, do you take each pill separately or do you buy the combo one with both glucosamine sulfate/chondroitin in one?
Does the brand matter?
Thanks

I think the brand does matter because some didn't contain as much glucosamine and chondroitin as their labels indicated
Hope the glucosamine is still producing results for you, but tell me, has your height increased since your last post? It seems that 1.5" could still fall within the realm of human error. From the research I've done on glucosamine sulfate, it definately seems that liquid is the route to go. What brand are you usiing?
Just to add: Glucosamine does not necessarily build cartilage. In fact, noone knows what it does, though studies show that it does increase cartilage tissue. You should take it with other chemicals.. Chondroitin, niacinamide, and S-adinosylmethine ( not sure at the spelling )

if glucosamine increases cartilage, wouldn't that increase the cartilage EVERYWHERE, like your face, hands, ears, nose, etc. Wouldn't that cause acromegaly? just your ears would grow and then ppl who took it would look like weird. Did anyone who took glucosamine have good results?

Its obvious MD student is a scam artist. Probably, he is a chemist promoting his Glucosamine pills at his store.
I've tried Glucosamine, 1000mg everyday for three months, yet not a single mm of vertical growth. Fu****en waste of money. However, I must say that glucosamine does heal up my knee pains/injuries very quickly, after HIIT. Its probably only good for arthritis sufferers.

Lol these bumpeessheebumb, boopoollooop guys are really funny, seriously. I can't believe there wasting their lives (but then again who isn't) posting on almost every HI forum, posts typing all this nonsense. I crack up everytime they say something constructive, even a little more constructive (bump to bumpeeshump).
I've read that Chondroitin is the real builder, not glucosomine, so maybe you should try both and stretch and see what happens?

Hmm, why don't we let MD Student try it out. I'm sure he'll come here and tell us about his 'success' over the past half a year. Still waiting. Scam artist indeed.
