I am going to start following the Dynamic Height increase stretching program to see if I can add a few inches to my height.

Anyway just wondering if there is anyone out there who is thinking about starting to start aswell and we can do it together and compare progress!

Also anyone who has used this before please share your results and tips.



I just purchased a chin up bar which I will be fitting to my bedroom door for the hanging excercise so am all ready to go!

I started the same 1 just yesterday.Im almost 16 and im 5"5.

planning to start soon.

i move into my uni house in a couple of weeks so will set up the bar somewhere there!

I'm 19 (20 in october) and 5' 7

al i want is an inch or two.

Already started trying to improve my posture, never realised hopw bad it was!

yeah im moving into my Uni house aswell soon.

I dont think the landlord will be too happy with me putting in screws into the door frames so will be trying to hang whilst praying the bar doesnt come crashing down!

i've been doin; it for 3 weeks . no results 'till now..well still 5 monthes and 1 week to go..i'll post my results every 4 weeks!!..wish me luck! lol

You're 15 though! That means it is most likely natural growth.

i dont think that 5 inches is natural growth in two months , he could get 1 cm or 1.5 monthly maximum with natural growth.

congrats on ur 2 inches in ONLY 2 months: thats amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have a few questions, so please answer them when u have time:

1) u said u did the stretches for 2 months. did u do them morning and night EVERYDAY for 2 months or did u miss any days??

2) did u also do the hanging exercises?? if so, how long each hang, and how many hangs and how often in the day and when in the day??

3) are u doing sports? i.e. running or swimming or sports everyday??

4) are u talking any supplements like calcium, glucosamine sulfate, or alfalfa or something??

5) is ur growth mostly in ur upper body, proportional or mostly in ur legs?

6) how long did it take to notice results?? i.e. did u grow an inch in ur 1st month and an inch in ur 2nd month, or did most of ur height come after the 1st month?? cuz it says in the stretching journal that results can take 3-6 weeks.

Hi anonymus, thanks for the kind compliments, ill answer ur questions.

1)I did not do the excercises everyday, i missed every Sunday, because that was my rest day.

2) I did do the hanging excercises, 4 times (1 minute each)

3) I do sports 3 times a week, i play soccer with my friends, and i also do sports at school every wednesday.

4)I drink milk sometimes, and i take centrum tablets everyday. (www.centrum.com

5)My growth is mostly in the upper body.

6) I grew half an inch in my first month and then 1.5 inches the next month, on my first week i didnt get results but my body felt better.

props to you jason.. this is truly an incredible accomplishment.. just a few questions..

1. what was your starting height?

2. what are your parents height? grandparents?

3. do u have older siblings? if yes, what are their heights?

1)My starting height was 5'10.

2)My dad is 5'9, my mum is 4'9 most of my dads side are about 5'10 or 5'11 close to six foot, most of my mums side are short, less that 5'5.

3)No older, siblings, i've got a young brother who is 10 years old.

I just got the journal, am definitely gonna start the program, considering that u had such good results. A couple of quick qs (cause I'm 2 lazy 2 read the whole board :P). How long did it take u to see the height increase? and also what's ur age?

2 months to see my 2 inches, most of the growth was in the middle of the second month, and i'm 16.

Are you sure you were 5'10" when you started? How did you keep track of how much you grew?

Also, how tall was your cousin and how tall is he now?

yes, i was 5'10 when i started, I asked my teacher to measure me in school during our P.E classes and he said i was 5'10, my dad also measures me and say's im 5'10.

My cousin was 6'0 and he is now 6'3.

to jas.. i was just wondering if hanging will increase the length of your arms... b/c i already have long arms for my height...

I'm not really sure when it gets to increasing the lengths of ur arms sorry...

i open the exe file and when it say enter or when i do a search, i see the topics but when i click on it there is a page that says file doesnt exist, who has same problem

I have the same problem. The title page is all there and when I click enter, it says that the page doesn't exist. Same with the search.

i think the problem is related to your browser settings. You guys probably have your browsers setting to prevent opening of exe files etc.

Thus u need to change your browser(eg. Internet Explorer)

hey just started the program at the start of february..
i'm male,filipino,19yrs old turning 20 this february 9..
