Has anyone used Dr. Bagga's HerboHeight Therapy program?. I was hoping to get the 12 month cycle and maybe get an inch from it. I'd be especially interested in those who used it and grew when they were 24 years +. I'm currently 29.. will be 30 in a few months. I've thought about doing it for a while now and so I thought in this next year.. I'm going to give it a shot!.

It doesn't look like a scam, but it certainly looks wierd and confusing. The guy looks like he doesn't know much english and much about web designing, other than that it looks pretty ligit since he gives his phone number and address even. But the question is what if it doesn't work.
Also I think you will have to go to India for the therapy .
Nevermind, I take that back, I think that is in pill form. I think a good strategy would be to buy 1.5cmto3cm pack for $180(still a lot), and see if it works, rather than spending $700 from 5-10cms. Again, I'm skeptical since if it was true it would be a medical breakthrough.
If it will works for anyone of you, let me know.
I spended a lot of money for bad therapy and this time I don't want to be the first to try this, but I'm trusting.

Talk to a Chinese herbal medicine store first (it will be easier if there is a Chinatown in your city).
Usually, they provide herbal therapy to help young people grow. It's quite common in Taiwan / China.
Here are what you need to know:
1. It cost avg $7 - 8 per serving. You need mimnimum 15 servings.
2. Chinese herbal soup has strong smell. You'd better order 2-3 servings to see whether they are for you.
3. It takes one hour of cooking for make the serving, and its fills up the house with strong herbal smell.
4. If you don't have one hour everyday to cook it, ask for pre-made materials (for the same ingredients).
5. For better results, cook the ingredients with chicken or spare ribs (or any meat).
5. It's usually used to help people around age of 13 - 15. However, Chinese Medicine think it can help people grow up to 25.
6. There is no side effect. Even if you are way over 40, it's not a problem taking it.
7. It's ok asking opions/recommendations from any Chinese herbal medicine store. There is no charge for it.
8. Just like one Chinese herbal doctor said - although it does not quranteed to help everybody grow, the only side effect is that you are healthier / more energied although not taller.
I ordered 15 servings (for 2 -3 weeks) to give it a try. Maybe you wanna wait and see whether I get any height increase in 2 - 3 months.
I grew 0.6 inch in the last month but is not enough and I don't know if it will be permanent.
This morning I was 5'6.15", if this height doesn't disappear during the day I was almost happy, my goal is 5'7" every time before going to bed.
Maybe I'll try Royal Jelly to, what about?
Now I take glucosamine and anti-estrogen but think I'm 26, very old to groth, the hope is the last to die.

I have been working on the following routine everday for 7 weeks, but I either gained nothing or only gained 1/4 inch in the first 2 weeks.
biking-with-raise-seat routine
do stretches 15 minutes.
take glucosamine, multi-vitamin, calcium.
drink 3 glasses of milk
As I remember, you do pretty much the same. The only difference is that you do inversion too, is it correct?
Also, I didn't realize you are taking anti-estrogen. What kind of anti-estrogen and where do you get it from?

Herboheight therapy is a pure scam.I tried 3 month medicine .Nothing helped.
You knw the irony, Dr bagga, the doctor himself is short,just 5 feet 5'. If he could,he had increased his own height first.
Trust me, he is a scammer.I dont know why there is no action against this person by Delhi Police.
