hi,
Is it possible to increase the length of your back by creating microfractures in your vertebrae and to then extend these microfractures by stretching your back via the V-O/back-lengthening apparatus ?
Thus, any sensitive info relative to the backbone routine won't be
disclosed publicly. Regarding 'bout your Q, try to email us; and one
of the guys may look into it - but i won't guarantee that you'll receive
a desired response.
Honestly the easyheight team is an experimental team that does work as they go along.
They know more than the average person, but not much more.
You can't ask those kind of specific questions and expect an exact answer.
Honestly, use your head.

hi,
Since the easyheight team have been performing experiments of this nature for the past little while it would be logical to ask someone with experince regarding this question. Also, most other doctors don't encourage the creation of microfractures to grow tall. Thus, there are very few experts that can help me with this question. Since you like to use your head, could you recommend any experts in this regard ?
Any help will be greatly appreciated

NO, don't worry about creating microfractures in your vertebrae. That's not the way to do it. the way to do it, is to stretch for a long time, expanding cartilage and thickeing the disks. The fluid thickens the disks, that's where you'll gain most of the height...

DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT THAT

are u insane? you wana create frracturesin your vertebrae???? dude dont do it. thats where all your nerves and shita re... n e thing goes wrong you can seriouly fuck youreslf up. might even end up like paralysied and shit like the guy that played superman...
Sf (public enemy #1) already explained most of the fruitful info like
fluids in discs & stretching. Again, Sf, a 35-yr old OldHead, probably
knows what he's talkin' about since he grew 1 inch.
Like i said, if u want info like microfractures, try to email us;
but do so before this monday since other guys are heading back to
their dorms for the start of the spring semester.

I don't believe in the whole concept of microfractures.

I think it's bogus. I just don't think it makes any sense. I can't imagine how microfractures, if such a thing even exists, could contribute in any meaningful way to increased height. By definition, "micro" means really really small. The cumulative effect for you to see an increase in height must mean you have to create literally thousands, maybe tens of thousands of microfractures in your bones. How can that be good for you, if it even works? It's just not logical.

As for stretching your spine, it works.

Lots of people have seen increased height from stretching, but it's NOT from creating microfractures as you can read above. I definitely think that anyone serious about height increase needs to pick up a jounrnal and be stretching everyday.

STEPHEN??

sensative info??? huh... can u tell us bout your progress , even a little hint.. haven't u people been stretching for a while?
I don't believe in microfractures either...bunch o'crap if you ask me...
smalldude, I noticed gains fairly quickly, within the first few months. If I remember correctly, most of my gains were within the first few months, and I "eeked" out some more. I think, though, if I hadn't continued doing the exercises for many, many months, my height gain might not have been permanent.
Again, to any doubters, I was measured an inch taller at the doctors. This, at age 35...
And, at age 35, far beyond the time I had stopped growing, gaining an inch was great to me....
