JAS, a few questions that you may have already answered.

January 18 2005, 11:24 AM

I know that you are 16 and your cousin is 19. I also know that your starting height is 5'10".

(1) So that means you are 6 feet now?

(2) How about your cousin, what was his starting height and how tall is he now?

(3) Also, how are you measuring your height and at what time of day?

(4) How long have you been stretching?

(5) When did you notice your first increase and how much was it?

Thanks!

1)Yeah, i am 6 foot now, but my dream height is 6'2.

2)My cousins height was 6'1, he is now 6'4

3)I get my dad to measure my height, when i wake up i get measured, and before i go to bed i get measured.

4)I started in the end of summer 2004 until the end of October 2004.

5)I first noticed my increase after about 3 and a half weeks of doing the excercises, it was 1 inch.

Quick tips for the program,

When u have gained the inches u want, do the stretching for a couple more weeks just to make sure the your height increase is permanent.

Get at least 9 hours of sleep when doing the program.

When doing the hanging excercises, it is best to use gloves with rubber material so u can get more grip and hang on for even longer.

If you don't have a bar to hang on, hang on a door ledge (thats what i do lol).

It is normal if you wake up in the morning if your knee or back hurts.

Wow

Your knee and back actually hurts? You must be doing it with lots of intensity. But I still don't see how your knee can hurt.

Your knees can hurt because there are excercises that target the knee.

May I skip 6.7.8. (Sprinting,Swimming and Jumping Rope) and still have a good result from the progream?
I am jogging about three times a week...Do I need the sprint exercise?
I am doing the exercuses at home so I can not swim and i do not have a jumping rope...

For how long do you hang? I spend usually about 3-4 minutes hanging on the bar...
How much should I rise the seat of the stationary bike?
I have rised it to the maximum and it is not comfoprtable... :/

I found the dynamic program of Jas it is different from the one I used for 1 week but I had it on the HDD )
Jas already posted the links for some journals:)
Now I am interested in the way of doing the exercises and the results that I can achieve...
Is it possible to increase my height with 1 inch in 2 weeks with the program? It is really important for me !
