PRODUCTS THAT DON'T WORKFebruary 26 2005 at 7:06 PM | Truth Seeker (Login Raman16) from IP address 4.246.60.235 |
| I have been around these message boards since I was 17 years old. I stand 5'6 tall for a girl but always wanted to gain those extra 1-2 inches, cos u don't understand the joy of being tall, gives u more self-esteem and makes u more confident. The first product that I tried was KIMI, payed around $50 for it; tried it as recommened but never ever worked. Disappointed from that I bought B-Growth, rubbed that crappy oil on my bones for freakin 6 months; never gained 1 mm. After that my next stop was for the Hercules Height Enhancer, spended around $100 on that one for 9 months supply. I never ever gained 1 mm from that either; in fact with the usage of that product I developed acne but it never worked. I tried stretching, it sure gives you 1-2 cm; you stay happy for few days thinking that you gained the height but as soon as you stop the height disappears. Then I read this advertisment in the paper; Rajput Hospital in India was offering this course for height increase. Ended up spending another $100 on that one, but u know what I got in mail, the sugar pills, the placebo effect, so those went in garbage. After couple of months, I bought HQL product from Floridashowtime, I thought it was the growth hormone or something, since they never posted the picture. It was the height max from these sites listed on the net and the the HQL stands for health quest labs. The funny thing is that these companies allures u into buying supply for more than 3 months that hardly works. Wasted my another $150 on that one. Did some more research on the internet, came across this herbalist not DR. BAGGA who was awarded by the chief minister of his state for his height increase treatment. Ended up wasting $250 on that. My first package never made it across the customs, got the second one, tried it for 3 months, never ever gained nothing. Next, after all these years, there was this craze about Alfalfa, how this one guy gained some inches, so I thought that I should give this one a try. Took it straight down for 4-5 months, never gained a cm in height, but infact I put on some weight just by taking that. I was way below the 2,000 calorie diet, literally eating nothing for the day, just on alfalfa but still gained weight. I immediately got off of it and still thought of trying some other product. This time I went for Glucosamine sulphate, I have been on it for 2 months already and I haven't gained anything yet. From all these years of research on internet, I have come across these various height increase sites that never got mentioned on shortsupport.org or on this message board or other message boards. I will post them here someday when I get the time. Good luck in gaining height. And, am still lookin for a ray of hope, something that actually works. I have wasted around $1000 on these height increase products already, now am lookin for somthing that actually works. |

A stretching journal may help you gain 1 or 2 inches if you do the excersices consisently for months but nothing is guarnteed. If any of the products worked like they should, it would be all over the news and everybody would be gaining inches! |

In the impartial height increase forum the post about steven foster, this guy said he noticed height increase only when he coupled stretching with strenuous exercise. You might want to try that. Also give alfalfa some time to work. Didn't kaneka take it for 10 mths? |

I have been taking glucosamine sulphate for almost a month now, the spine feels stretched out and even hurts a lot sometimes, but I haven't seen any gain in height though |

You only put up with 1 grand to experiment those height products. Whereas
sky spent $1500 on the shin bone research/routine for close to 9 months.
His current project (backbone routine) is expected to soar close to $1400 - $1800.
It ain't over and we ain't done yet. I'm headin' down to Miami tonight for
spring break. GOod-bye
With much grinding,

Truth Seeker (no login) 4.246.27.252 | The ankle weights technique is so not effective | March 6 2005, 2:13 PM |
I even went with the ankle weights, first you got to have like 50-60 pounds of weight on your legs and you can hardly walk around with those. Moreover, who's got the free time to wear them and sit down for hours in their house. Besides, when you have your family close to you, they might think that you are obsessed with the height issue. Moreover, those ankle weights only leave you with ugly scars on your feet, the entire process is so tiresome and the duration to see the results; well in that case if you see any. I would say that it is so not worth it. |

stephen (no login) 141.152.253.195 | maybe he's an idiot.. or maybe not | March 7 2005, 12:10 PM |
Froggers, i don't like you too much (though i admire your curiosity &
integrity to growing taller). And you're right - the easiest way to learn
from past experiences & mistakes is to surf, read, and review carefully all
the height forums, articles, stories, & websites.
And that's exactly what sky did. He may be an idiot on spending all this
money, but rest assured, his pocket is DEEP. Anyhow, over the past year, sky
has had a huge collection of all the top shin bone success stories and spine
stretching stories.
BUT, how can you ever be sure which story is real or fake? Froggers, can you
honestly make it 'official' to many height seekers worldwide that, growing
the shin bone is almost impossible because growth plates have closed? If so, how
can you argue with other critics who claim that there are indeed a few ppl
out there who have lengthened their legs thru kicking & cycling w/raised seat?
Therefore, the only way to PROVE it otherwise is to experiment it yourself
and have your entire experimenting process & results REVEALED to people
later down the road with some concrete proof & so forth.
What i'm trying to say is:
1) Everyone instantly recognizes quality work, and quality work can only be
achieved through intense training & sufficient time.
2) If you REALLY want to help ppl, then earn their trust! People will only
listen to you when YOU HAVE DONE SO MUCH, HAVE FAILED SO MUCH, and have
proved otherwise. Yeah i'm startin' to sound like martin luther king. Hey,
there's no B.S here.
... (to be cont'd)
