dr heromar methos ?

hi
i have some question about dr heromar grow taller method (PCA).
i recently get a journal from him which has 15 exercise.
i visit his site and he claims that his methos can increase height permanent and it reform and restructure our bones with microfracture and increase the size of our legs and also spinal with traction .
but my question is that dr heromar methos contain only this 15 exercise or he do some other thing
for patients which he visit them.
on the other hand if i do this exercise can i groww taller?
i am not in brazil and so cant visit dr.
also another question is about exercise :
this exercise must be done 3 times in a week (monday,wensday,friday),can i do other execise in other journal
in other days to have better result?
also i do kick boxing is it helpful or i must give up it during dr method?
please answer to my question .i really need your advice.

I think you received a small part of the entire program, because I don't see how can anyone enlarge their bones just by exercising, maybe there are special machines in Heromar's clinic? who knows.

maybe I could comment more if you explained the exercises or posted a link.

but in his site he says that his method consist of exersize and personalization !.and i read that personalization isnt different in normal people without any problem.

hmmm Ok, I have seen it. My guess is there's no way those simple exercises are going to enlarge anybody's bones, at much the cartilages can be expanded this way, so one could gain about 3 cm.

so give it a try, it can't be harmful. If I understood right, the main exercises are meant to be done 3 times a week, doesn't matter which days as long as there is a day of separation between them.

kickboxing won't affect it as long as you don't lift weights

btw the document looks very unprofessional.. I doubt this is the real heromar's method

The worst thing that people can do in this board is talk shit about something that they dont know, Juan_Salvador have you tried the exercices? NO! your just talking shit out of your mouth, if at least you tried the exercices I would accept your opinion but you come here saying that it is impossible without even trying them out, thats pathetic. The document was not made by dr heromar himself, it was one pacient that went to his clinic and told the exercices that he done there to felipe and he made the document.

About the exercice 14, felipe told me that you should hang in the bar ( 5feet bar) and just lose your body, but do not lift your legs like in the picture ( I think in the picture the girl is doing exercice 9) you should be touching with your feet on the floor and keep your legs straight, imagine you were siting on the floor with your legs straight,your ass is touching the floor, but when you hang in the 5feet bar your ass is not touching the floor but the position is the same. Fell free to ask more questions about the exercices, I had the same doubt as you, i started the exercices this week.

can you explain exercise no 10?
i think this is similar to exercise no 14.
also can i do other exercise in other days and also kick boxing?
and a important question dr heromar methos only is this exercise or it has some other thing which isnt in the document flipe made?

Exercice 10, Its the same as exerc14 but here you cant touch your feet on the floor you must be hanging in the bar with your legs ahead your body and you have to strech your legs and keep them straight. ( The same position as siting on the floor with your legs straight), I tried this one and its very dificult to do it.

You dont have to do this routine monday,wennesday, friday, you could choose other days, but you must rest 1day after the day you exercice. I do them tuesday thursday and saturday so... no problem at all

About the last question I realy dont know if there is more exercices, there could be more, since in dr heromar page it says that the exercices are personalised there could be some exercices for people that has special conditions i dont know, but from what felipe told me ( He lives near Dr heromar clinic) this are the the most important ones.

i think i cant ask one of my question clearly.
i meant that if i do dr heromar method 3 times in a week can i do other exercise journal like dynamic journal or something like this or kick boxing in other 4 days ?
on the other hand doing other exercise journal during dr heromars methos is helpful?

Nima, If you have done other exercises to grow stop it for 4 weeks before start Dr heromar method, and while doing Dr heromar routine you cant do any other exercise to grow or any other journal.
About the kick boxing I think it's ok to do it, if you only kick your legs it might help like cycling, but remember to not do any other exercises besides Dr heromar method, kicking or cycling.

there is a daily exercise in the end of document which i get from dr heromar methos which i think is about kicking (600 kick).
i can translate it perfectly to english.
rancid do you know the content of this exercise and how we do kicking?
also what type of kicking (front kick,side kick)?
please explain it for me.
also how often cycling is good in this method?

i don think it s somethin important.all u need is the 15 exercises,u can find them in the forum.
I ve been doin it for about a month.Trust me,it works.i have grown 0,8cm, EXACTLY as posted in heromar routine (0,05 each time u perform the exercises)
I was a bit taller when i use to do other stretches in the beggining,but when i stopped them,only heromar's height left.

I think the only really effective part about that is the very last step with thebasketball, the rest is just basic filler, but it hurt my back like hell when I did it. Doesn't it also exaggerate sway back, and is a dangerous position for your spine to be in.

i want to start heromar method
how old are you?
how often do you did the exercise (2 times or 3 times in a week)?
are you do kicking or other hi method with this method?
i want also do kicking and cycling with the method.
but i dont know if i can do the exercise in dynamic book in rest of the week?
is it helpfull or not?

i m 18-19 y.o.In the begginin i used to do a lot of kicks n jumps n i had reached 1,5cm in 2weeks,but when my lessons started i only kept doin heromar.N i came back to 0,5 ,wich was exactly what i should have gainned accordin to heromar.after 2 times i got to 0,6 then other 2 n 0,7 ,so now i m sure it works as said 0,05 each time u perform the ex.
So i don t think bicyclin n kickin would be harmfull but for me it wasn t permanent.I d suggest u didn t do hard stretchin exercises like height journal,just some general stretches
