The idea came to me when a girl i was hooking up with commented on how I had no stomach, I am fit, but I seriously do not have an average looking stomach, it goes almost straight from waist to upper body,
My other girl friend was also telling me about how after doing Pilates she felt a lot taller

This seems to be exactly my problem as I am often on the computer for school or recreation and I have been since I was a freshamn in high school

so now i am doing the dynamic height increase, pilates, and biking EVERYDAY
