It's been over a week since I've been doing my stretches with the Dynamic Height Journal. I'll be doing the same 7-8 stretches for another 1-2 months for 15-20 minutes a day along with kicking and cycling. If I see any height increase I'll stick with it until I see some more. Then I'll switch to the other height increase journal.

Just a note - I've been doing 45 minutes to an hour a day.
I have felt what feels like an expansion in the spine, noticeably better posture, and a hell lot of pain...
I could've sworn I was the same height as my brother and sister, but now I'm taller.
My dad measured me in the morning, I then got my fitness teacher to measure me at school.

For the person above this message who grow 1/2 inch in 3 weeks using the dynamic journal, its very very important that you also say how old you are and how permenant was the height, this goes for anyone who is about to report gains in height, everything needs to be taken into consideration..
thank you

I did the program consistently and excessively for seven straight weeks. The only height gain I noticed was the same from when I first posted. Two days after I stopped the program intentionally to see if it was permanent, it went away (almost an inch, I'd say).
Seriously, it was all lost - and my suspicisons were confirmed, that all I was doing was expanding the cartilage discs in my spine by streching. Doing that allows more water to the cartilage and causes it to expand - thus growing taller. However, once I stopped the program and less hydration was distributed to that part of the body, the height was lost.
Keep in mind, in the program I used, there was nothing that implied bone growth or lengthening. They were only stretches.
Someone wrote that e-book for a college final or something probably, but it doesn't work.

Take understanding to what you're doing. Don't set yourself up for disappointment --
I knew that all I was doing was stretching the muscles, tenants and spinal discs. I was skeptical with all of it, yet desparate.
My exercises were very excessive. My days were consumed entirely by working out in accordance to the journal, and I avoided anything that could potentially compromise my gained height.
Stretching cannot lengthen the bones. Thus, the journal's system is not logical. Any devoted gymnast, who works much harder than what these journals incorporate -- will not achieve any significant, additional height.
Think about the journal itself. What is its source? Why would someone be compelled to write it?
Now, if someone in a college business major, or even marketing, has an assignment to write an e-book that will attract a large audience to but their product -- then height increase is definetly one of them. Consider the logic in that: masses are drawn to the cosmetic products because people are obsessed with their self-appearance. So, knowing this, the college student smartly chose 'height increase' as the basis of their assignemnt, and studied what could sound potentially true: stretching and exercising.
Good question. The only way I can see you gaining permanent height from stretching is if you strectch right before bedtime DURING your growth spurt. Even that might be impossible.

Hey
June 8 2005, 3:21 AM
Hey you guys are not being gentle.. how can u say all this stuff!!!
Pls dun say this , sorry ... u arent scientist & u dun hav the real proof =(
Andy don't cry like a baby, it's not 100% concluded that stretching is temporary or permanent, most of the people I know who have had temporary results have only been doing it for a couple of months, I don't think anyone here has done it for about 6 months or more. Hopefully we one day we find out If stretching is permanent or temporary if someone goes for a stretching routine for 6 months, depending on their age and how determined they are to do it.

Jas!
Im not crying lol! Im just hehehe hell desperate & SADDDD... yah u r ryt, maybe i should really worked vry hard & im gonna do it for 4months at least (i hope i can), & il see the result.. & il tel ya. I wish i found all this stuff wen im still young, Now am already 19 so the chance is not that great to increase my height... =(
But anyway, il work for it... besides even i dont increase height, there's a lot of benefit from this Dynamic... now im eating lil proper, b4 i dun eat & i dun like to drink any medicine or vitamins , now im forced to.
'sup Andy, it's really kind of hard for some people to increase their height espacially only by doing stretchings, but according to Sky, i don't know if you read his message conserning the PIEZO electric currents, if you don't incorporate the right exercice stimulant you won't get pretty much of results.
Here's a little bit of what he says--->
Note that it's possibly MORE EFFECTIVE to do stretching or inversion
exercises immediately after high-impact running or jumping. Why? By running
or jumping, you're exerting lots of pressure & work and also exciting the
PIEZO electric currents which help to trigger bone growth & to put your
spine in a very "tired" mode. Any stretching exercises right after should be
useful since the cartilage remodels itself especially when the shape &
pattern of the lumbar spine are now "cleared" due to the release of
stress/tension from muscles, ligaments, & tendons.
Whereas others who are just focused in stretching (NOT including physical
exercises in their routine) are HIGHLY UNLIKELY to gain, if any, within 3
months of exercises, due to the lack of PIEZO electric currents or bone
formation stimulants, coupled with the inability of the digestive system
to metabolize glucosamine/Ca++ supplements, and lastly due to the fragile
development of the musculature in the spine.
Well that's it, just wanted to tell you that it might be possible for you to increase your height but you got to be extremely physical like you gotta try to work out for 2-4h/day to see some results even if it takes some time.
Is jogging/sprinting in one spot ok? I don't wanna end up sprinting around my house lol.

Umm..what the hell is going on in here?
Muffin and James, I'm sorry but you guys are a bit informed. If you guys knew anything about stretching for height, you would know that it has to be done for 6 months+ for the height to stay. Give me one post which says that his height didn't stay after stretching for 6 months+.
So, I'm sorry James that you gave up in only 7 weeks bud, but it takes 6 months for permanent cartledge/bone to appear. Sometimes sooner for different people.
Bottom line Andy: try it for 6 months.

Re: First Signs

And what evidence to you provide to support your claim?
You're quick to object because you, like most everyone else in the situation, are desparate to find a solution.
Logically, how does stretching of the tenants and muscles add significant height? You cannot claim that any bone growth occurs from these techniques.
You'll become more felixble, and gain a small amount of height -- that will not be permanent.
So, lie to yourself, cling onto that false hope and continue to refute those who have actually tried it. And then tell me how much you grow.

Nothin hell is goin here:-
Guys wait for me, il try it in six months or more (as much as i can) & then il tell yall, how much exactly i gained... even for a year.. il hold back so pls pls inspire me to do so...
Read the post carefully, I didn't say stretching for 6 months will give you permanent results, I said try stretching for 6 months, who knows it might be permanent. Enough of saying stretching isn't permanent and all that discouraging shit as I am on the first day of the program.

Ed81 Is Evidence.
June 13 2005, 7:35 PM
Those are post from Ed81 from Joey's forum who said he stretched for 8months+ to have his permanate gain.
"Yes,Yoga postures, but you have to perform this postures in the right way that means every posture 3 minutes, i gained 1,8cm with in combination with hanging."
"Till now i used conservative methods of HI as i described it and it took me eight month's to gain 1,9 cm ( from 1.72 to 173,9 ) it is a long time to
achieve something but being persistent is according to my opinion always rewarded, i know it is difficult but you got to have patience.
When i started i was quiet a heavy guy ( 90kg ) age 37 thanks to a lot running 75kg now and i still think nothing can be compared with Yoga-postures not only for your health but also for lengthening the spinal column but you have to do it in the right way. ( one posture three minutes ).
So conclusion conservative and safe methods of HI works ( even by somebody of 38 ) but it takes a
little longer but after all it is worth the trouble and no dangerous risks involved."

Ed81 Evidence
June 13 2005, 7:42 PM
here is more saying he did not stretch for more than a month.
"Sodaz, due to a serious infection i didnot train and stretch for a month,
when i had recovered ( hope you understand my English ) i did not loose a mm.
Maybe this had to do with the fact that i allready are doing these exercises
for eight month's. ( also take glucosamine and chondrotine every day this also
can play a role in not loosing height)."
James, did he even say the infection came from stretching? You people need to learn to read posts like these carefully.
