Wow thanks for the link muffinman, some are very inspirational. One girl claimed to grow from 5'2" to 5'7" at 16 (after checking with her doctor that her growth plates had fused by then) by following this routine for one year (I dunno if she is honest or not but what do we have to lose, since it can only make us more fitter, look great, and help de-stress our lives, if not make us grow taller):

"- Swimming (4x a week) – 30 min
- Biking (4x a week) – 30 min
- Basketball (3x a week) – 2 hours
- Stretch exercises (daily) – 20 min
- Hang on bar (daily) – 20 min
- 500 kicks with ankle weights a day
- Jump and reach (plyometric style) – 10 sets of 10 (daily)
- Visualizing – 10 min before bed

I did for following to condition myself for tennis but they might have played a part too:
- 3+ hours a day of tennis
- 30 min/day sprint conditioning
- 1000 jump ropes"

Any comments?? I will start this routine in June (once my exams finish). Except I won't do 3 hours of tennis a day because that is ridiculous, lol, but I will workout in the gym instead plus follow everything else she did!!

I hope others will join me and grow taller!!!

my routine, starting next Monday:

Morning: Do about 5-7 stretches from both Dynamic/PDF journal.

After school:
20-30 min rest, then bike for 45-60 mins, then homework and other important stuff to do with school.

Evening:
Eat, play on the comp for about 30 mins, watch tv, rest.
Then do about 15-20 excercises from the Dnyamic/PDF journal. After that ill do some kicking and hanging.

Fridays/Saturdays: Do more stretching excercises, play football in the park for about 1 hour.

Sundays: Study/Rest day. (May include some cycling too)
