because it looks more updated however the stretches work the same muscles again, rather than different muscle groups i might switched to the dynamic one , or i might even do both. how much time do you spend stretching per day on average by the way ?

I do about 30 mins, depends on what intensity level ur doing, how many reps ur doing etc. I might pick the best excercises from both journals.

my intensity level is above medium, usually i do 30 sec - 1 minute spending on the stretch, things like cobra i do for a minute usually i do 2 sets on average a day per a stretch which is 20 altogether all taken from the PDF journal.
i do the following cobra, super cobra, cat stretch, basic leg stretch, bridge, table, bow down, yawn, super stretch, hands on head bow down, wall stretch, basic twist, super stretch 2, straight leg up, bar twist, touch toe, straight leg up two, the bowl, the skier, the sky stretch.
do you have any suggestions i feel that the stretch are not effective enough, am going to increase intensity level to high and do 5 sets for each stretch i should be alright to do this, because ive done stretching over the years (martial arts) n weight lifting for 5 years so my back we able to handle it, when your cousin grew them 3 inches was he still growing naturally, like was his plates open or closed do you know ? thank you for ne advise

Yeah, i noticed that the day after i tried stretches in the pdf journal, I felt no effect, unlike the dynamic height increase journal you can feel the pain in your back, knees and legs. I think it's just better to pick the most effective ones in the dynamic program and the pdf journal.

I need advice with my inversion rountine because I am continuing to do the 20lb weights with the inversion table I have. I do stretches and kicking as well at night and drink milk half and hour before going to bed. I know I will reach my goal even though I am 22. I also take many vitamins (now started 1000mg vitamin c day) for healing my injured finger. I don't want to rehash myself but I dont sometimes know if I am on the right track.

I do kicking first about 80 of them front, back, sideways; then I sit down and touch my toes about 12 times ( the exercise from dynamic); then I spread my feet out and touch the left feet with right hand and right feet with left hand vice a versa; then I swing my arms like an airplane backwards about 20 times (from dynamic exercise; and extend my hands and clap them backwards and forward ( from dynamic again). I think i am doin a good rountine but my question was with the inversion machine rountine not stretching.
also i drink skim milk half and hour before i go bed which is good for me.

Ok, it's on, I'm starting the Dynamic Porgeam tomorrow with some excercises picked from the pdf journal.
My routine:
Mon-Saturdays: Stretching,cycling,football,walking and sprinting.
Sunday:Rest day, maybe a 1 hour nap during the afternoon.
Things i will AVOID:
Junk food, maybe once a month if im tempted.
Late nights.
Too much PC.
Fizzy Drinks.
Other stuff:
At least 8 hours sleep.
Sleep with no pillow, or a low pillow.
Organize time more wisely.
Drink Milk everyday, or youghurt, any stuff with a god source of calcium.
Multivitamins e.g Centrum www.centrum.com
At least 10 mins of hanging.
If you are looking to go for a higher intensity level, add more reps.
Get rest whenever you can.
Feel free to follow this routine or make any modifications to it, I'm starting this tomorrow for at least 6 months.

i just wanted to let you guys know that i've grown half inch in a week by doing the dynamic height increase except for the hanging exercise as i do not have the appratus at home. I'm not lying, i'm female, chinese and age 26. i take a multivitamin (women's one-a-day) everyday and drink milk. i don't sleep with pillow. i massage my feet everyday. Let me know if you guys need help.

Cool, all though this week I'm doing a low intensity level because I have a flu, but next week, if i still have a flu or not im gonna start going for higher intensity. So i wouldn't really expect anything special in the first week. Good luck to you too.

*Take Vitamin C to boost immune system and increase the number of white blood cells.
