Royal Gel is the nutrition of the bees queen,You can bring it from any
Apicultur,But you have to be confident about him because it's so easy
to be atulterated and you'd never know,I put 20 Gm of pure royal gel on 1Kg of
Natural White Honey that is extracted from mountain herbs,Each day in the
morning I take a big spoon and a half cup of mineral water and i don't eat
for 2 hours after that.
Also i do some exercises like jumping(500 times per day)...By the 3rd month,
I discover an increase of about 1 inch in my height then each month i've
gained 1 inch ie,I used this method for about 2 months without any increase
in my height ,By the end of the 3rd month,I've gained 1 inch then each
month later i've gained about 1 inch till the end of the seventh month
,Then i stopped because i think it's enough to increase the height from
5"8' to 6"1'....So believe me try it and you'll never regret,But buy both
the honey and the Royal Gel from a trusted Apicultur,Because if they're
atulterated,They'll never work,Try to find Honey that is extracted from,
mountain herbs it'll work better than others,

Erm... I'm not sure, but I think I've had this Royal Jelly stuff before. It's not like 'jelly' jelly right? It comes in small dark tubes and you drink it with a tiny straw. It's like super sweet and there's only like a tiny amount per tube. Is this what you're talking about? Because if it is then I can tell you that no it doesn't. I used to drink it and I don't remember it having anything to do with height. It's more to improve diet and health, not height.

Why do people keep asking it this works or if that doesnt work. Height increase is a unexplored field, we are all here trying routines that we think that might work or heard that worked for someone else but dont have realy solid prove, the only prove that we will get is when we try them for ourselfs for some time and see if it works or not. why dont you try this rolly jelly and then tell us if it worked for you instead of sitting in your chair waiting for someone else to do it? tired of this kind of posts...

I have been doing some research and found that bee pollen has been given to olympic athletes in foreign contries for many years. It has been attributed to performance increases as well as alertness. Royal jelly and honey has similar make-up as pollen, though pollen is more concentrated.

I have not found the actual British study yet but I'll keep looking.

Just so you know, you can buy bee pollen and jelly at stores that sell vitamins for
a reasonable cost, either in capsules or the actual stuff (I hear the acutal stuff is better for some reason). The jelly comes in a jar and the pollen comes in granules.

yeah sorry for double posting yeha thats the the nutrition vaule it gives you pretty extreme wouldnt you say so this stuff is definalty good for you the jumping hmmmm well i understand where his coming from when you jump your strecthing your whole body out mostly your legs becuase as you push up your upper body your upper body pushed back down thats why you should feel drag and like a pull in your hips when you jump but only one problem why i Q it when like the guy above somewhere i said when you hit the floor because thats a big impact all around your bodys frame give it a try but do it on grass not on the street and not 500 times lol just do a few i would say hope ive helped

Hmmm... I took something which I know is called Royal Jelly, but it doesn't look like that... I'll give it try maybe, but it's highly expensive!

I bought some bee pollen and royal jelly at a local nutrition store at a mall. I bought the pollen granules and the royal jelly in a jar (not capsules) and each of them was about 11 dollars.
Some people are alergic to them though, so you might want to taste a sample before taking several teaspoons.
I'll start my routine sometime near the end of this month and post it. The pollen doesn't taste too bad, I just took a teaspoon a while ago and I must say I feel energized. The royal jelly tastes like concentrated honey and it feels like it kinda numbs your tounge. I have not experianced any harmful nor allergic affects by taking these products but recommend people to try them out before ingesting large portions.

i got royal jelly from vitamin shoppe! it contains 6 gram sugar per 1 tsp serving, korean ginseng root, bee pollen, eleuthero root. I also got pure honey from gnc which i hope is ok.

I found the Royal Jelly yesterday. I only found the pill version. Ist this as good as the liquid version? I figured I would ask before I took it.

bee pollen is not the same as royal jely.. and the royal bee society stated that bee pollen increases height, not royal jelly, although i did read on one of the forums that a guy gained 4 inches by only taking royal jelly.. i don't know how much you should take, although i would recommend twice the original amount, and take bee pollen as well as royal jelly.. both are offered in capsules

It has an enormous amount of bee pollen as well as royal jelly with other vitamins and minerals and is certified organic. You can buy it at a local GNC or vitamin shoppe. I take 1 to 1 and a half teaspoon of it in the morning on an empty stomach with water and wait 2 hours before I eat anything.

I still have not checked the results of my height yet because I need to be on the royal jelly for at least 3 months to see results or I will check my height when I feel it is the right time. Yeah! I've been taking bee pollen and royal jelly as well as I've read it has made some British taller. Why not add it to your height increase arsenal? Also Bee Pollen is one killer Superfood. I remember reading an article where a man lived to a 100 (still healthy and moving) because of bee pollen.

You don't need excess amount of Royal Jelly. Also taking it in regular form (you can get it with honey mixed in) is easier to digest than capsules. But sometimes capsules are the only thing there so take them.

Has anybody tried the Bee Pollen and Royal Jelly Yet? Has anyone grown from it?

I have but its only been 4 days so I dont expect any growth anytime soon. So far I feel the same, and im the same size.

I am taking ROYAL JELLY, 3 teaspoons a day. I also take BEE POLLEN capsules 3 times a day. Each capsule has 500mg. I am taking these in addition to colostrum. I have been taking colostrum in double doses and have gained a 2 cm growth in one month. I hope to grow an inch off this supplement combination by January. I also lift weights very hard at night and started training boxing in the morning. HIGH-CARDIO + high protein diet man!

You can find royal jelly in most acupucture and chinese herbal stores. The last Time I took royal jelly was when I lived with my grandma and that was when I was like 9 years old. Back then everyone thought I'd be the tallest in my family but unfortunately my growth stoped early at age 12. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't. You have to try it urself.
