Hard to trust the people on the forum claiming good stuff nowadays.

Just go back and read the stuff I wrote on here and Joey's place

I've actually grown another 1/2 inch or so since I posted last. And that's with cutting back my Alfalfa drastically too.
The more time has gone on, the more I think people have a tendency to grow later than is commonly accepted. I grew 3 inches since I was 20.
Height-seekers should find out all they can about nutrition and pituitary stimulating supplements; exercise and sleep well every day, and cut out dumb habits like crappy junk food, smoking, excess alcohol and wanking.
I bet everyone on this board could grow at least an inch if they put their back into the discipline of growing.
But, as I've said before, try not to let it eat you up too much - there's plenty more to being a human than how tall you are.
u are neither funny nor amusing. I suggest you for look gay porn on www.google.com or www.yahoo.com or go to your neighborhood streetcorner and look for little boys to fondle, that is if you already haven't jackass.
I thought my life was sad, but looking how you spend yours I pity your mother.

Muffin : Go back and find the massive thread I started off here at the end of last year. But in a nutshell it was basically centred on the herb Alfalfa, which among other things, is a powerful kickstarter of the pituitary. Which in turn releases growth hormone.
You might also want to try arginine. Look :
>>>
Food Sources. Dietary arginine is found in chocolate, wheat germ and flour, buckwheat, granola, oatmeal, dairy products (cottage cheese, ricotta, nonfat dry milk, skim yogurt), beef (roasts, steaks), pork (Canadian bacon, ham), nuts (coconut, pecans, cashews, walnuts, almonds, Brazil nuts, hazel nuts, peanuts), seeds (pumpkin, sesame, sunflower), poultry (chicken and turkey light meat), wild game (pheasant, quail), seafood (halibut, lobster, salmon, shrimp, snails, tuna in water), chick peas, and cooked soybeans. [2, 11]
Substantially increasing consumption of dietary protein (meats, dairy products, etc.) to ensure optimal levels of circulating amino acids may prove to be unhealthy because excessive dietary protein places stress on the liver and kidneys, which process the waste products of protein metabolism. [2] In addition, protein-rich foods often are rich in fats, which may cause unwanted weight gain and an unfavorable cholesterol profile.
Forms. Arginine, like most amino acids, can have one of two forms, called the L-form and the D-form. These two forms are mirror images of each other, with the L-form molecule rotating in a spiral to the left (L for "levo" which is Latin for "left") and the D-form spiralling to the right (D for "dextro," Latin for "right"). The L-form of arginine (and most other amino acids) is more compatible with human biochemistry, such that L-arginine is the only form recommended. [3]
Most researchers recommend the free (also called undigested) forms of amino acids, which do not need to be digested and are absorbed directly into the blood for distribution throughout the body. In hospital settings, arginine may be prescribed for therapeutic purposes in the forms of di-peptides, tri-peptides, or hydrolysates, but generally the free form is considered best, particularly the L-form. [1]
Some nutrition scientists advise that supplementation of L-arginine and lysine may have mutually negating effects such that the benefits of neither are full expressed. Other experts, however, recommend "stacking" (taking more than individual amino acid supplements at the same time) to boost their effects, such as arginine and lysine supplements taken together to amplify the effects of both, for example: reportedly increasing HGH release by four times that of arginine alone. [8] Another researcher suggests supplementation of dietary amino acids should be based on the combination of L-arginine, L-lysine, and L-ornithine to stimulate HGH production. [12] According to Medical Director Giampapa of the Longevity Institute International (in Montclair, New Jersey), the optimal oral daily supplementation of amino acids should include 2 grams arginine plus 2 grams ornithine plus1 gram lysine plus 1 gram glutamine. [8] Further studies are required to determine optimal dosages and combinations of dosages.
To achieve greatest effectiveness as an HGH releaser, L-arginine should be consumed on an empty stomach at bedtime. [6, 13] HGH release occurs 30-60 minutes after falling asleep, and also during and just following vigorous exercise. [4]
After a vigorous workout, the body has increased testosterone and HGH production for a period lasting approximately two hours. During this timeframe, dietary arginine and ornithine can contribute to a hormonal environment that produces increased protein synthesis and muscle growth.

Get hold of Sea Kelp also. Like Alfalfa it's packed with hormone promoting ingredients (especially on the Thyroid), and cheap.
Above all, do your own reseach on whats out there, using that little known search engine called er, Google or something like that. That's what I did, and thats I how I made my discovery.
And thats how I grew.
....
Looks like Lightfart prefers this site above all others for fuelling his fantasies about men, even though he appears to be the only homosexual posting here. Quite funny really, but also a bit sad.
So you went from 5'11-6'2?? That's what I'm pushing for, i cant wait to ask my doc about alfalfa.

I've grown about 3" since I was 20, yes

Be careful not to overdo the Alfalfa (or anything else that super-charges the pituitary for that matter). There are risks to ingesting large quantities you'll see talked about endlessly in the threads hovering about at that time both in here and at Joey's forum.
You're already tall for your age, so don't sweat it unless your'e aiming to shoot hoops for a living!

The catch is, no one has been able to duplicate his success.

I'm not calling Kaneka a liar, but no one else has grown squat by eating Alfalfa. It's pretty ridiculous if you think about, alfalfa has been around for centuries, people would know by now if it could make you taller and yet, no one's ever heard about it.
Common sense peoples.

People can always rely on you to be super-skeptical can't they Froggers?
June 27 2005, 12:40 PM
No-one else..? Eh? You've obviously missed about half a dozen or more testimonials while you've been studying and jacking off etc
Max 20 grew while taking it; Kumz (what a name to inspire Lightfart!) grew; Sanguine1 grew while taking it. Others I can't recall the names of at the minute, because I don't have the time to trawl back through all the old stuff. Of course, you'll just presume it was nothing to do with the Alfalfa and is just a coincidence won't you? Yet some of these people had said they hadn't grown for a year or years previously. That's some fat coincidence.
Alfalfa may have been around for a long time, but I doubt many have taken it at the level I did. That was the key to the successes here I think.
If you still discount both my own and others, then you begin to look someone who has given up on being objective/scientific, and just wants to be right all the time.

You are not Kaneka, your IP address does not match his when he was here.
And how come your IP is based in USA, when he lives in England?
Something's fishy here...

I am always right, this is my forum :).

But seriously, can you find the links? I don't mean to put you in the position of having to prove yourself but the reason I created this forum is precisely to have one place where people can find info on stuff that works. If you really believe that alfalfa made you grow, please help us all out and post a few links to the other forum with other testimonials. I admit, I haven't been following the boards for some time now so I can't really say, but if you read the threads on alfalfa here, you'll see lots of people who took lots of alfalfa and nothing happened.
The problem is that I see too many kids who are still in puberty who try something, grow two inches, and think that they found something that increases height when really they would have grown had they done nothing.
Kaneka, I don't think I'm super-skeptical, I think I'm "normal" skeptical. Most people on these boards are wide-eyed kids who will believe anything. I would think that someone older like yourself would agree with me.
Anyway, just a call to help out the forum if you can find the time to do so.

I agree. I was thinking about this myself awhile ago. I looked at one of the older threads which was titled something like "free way to go!" This guy said he stood for 4 hours straight and grew 2cm...how stupid could you be to believe that? It's one thing for a teenager to take some scam pill and say you grew from it, but it's another thing to say you grew 2-3 inches at the age of 30.

Kaneka is a fraud

He's just stalking out his next cigar to puff. His m.o. is this: he will get himself into a position of "authority" and get you to feel indebted to him for advice, that he's given thus far for free, then one day, the price literally "pops" up out of nowhere - be careful or you'll barely miss the movement since it's hung like a tick. He will become embarrassed and put the little tiger away and instead offer to puff on your cigar as a "favor" since he usually doesn't do the gay thing, just this once, and only for you. Beware.
Not that I'm overly concerned with the beliefs of someone with no name
Froggers :
I haven't seen any posts on here from people saying they took substantial quantities of Alfalfa for a decent amount of time with no results. Maybe I missed them. Would be interested to see...
I agree with your point about impressionable kids and the prevalence of scams - why do you think I put the smackdown on the latest forum bullshit artist? It was the only reason I posted here again.
I really don't have the time or inclination to search for needles in haystacks. I'm not here to 'prove' the efficacy of Alfalfa or anything else. I've been through it all before and typed so much I nearly gave myself carpal tunnel syndrome.
If others want to try it, they should hunt the posts down, and then maybe buy a few bottles - it's cheap enough, and even if it doesn't make everyone taller, it should make them healthier.
