In Asian countries, women lengthen their necks by several inches making them extremely tall. So why not focus on lenthening the neck instead of spine, legs etc. I mean, if the neck is just a couple of inches longer, you'll will be taller. So who cares if the two inches is from spine, or leg or neck? All that matters is that the height increases and if we cannot increase it from spine or leg, let's lengthen our necks to become taller.

Yeah, it actually makes your body shorter cause it basically presses down on you. Plus once you take them off, because the muscles in your neck are so weak that your head basically just flops over and you suffocate to death. Not recommended...

I may be possible to lengthen the neck as the vertebrae in the neck have cartilege in between such as the spine. I bought a neck traction device called "the neckpro" that pulls on the neck. I think I may have lengthened my neck at least 1/4 inch as several have people have told me my neck is longer.

It works pretty good. I have been doing it for about 3 weeks and notice a difference. I plan to use it for a while to see how much I can gain. I use it about 15-30 minutes per day. I wished I would have measured my neck before so I could tell the increase.

Of course, be careful as the neck is sensitive & you don't want to cause damage.

To use the Neck Pro you put in on a door hinge, and pull it until it is at your desired height. Each pull of the rope is 1 lb of pressure. There are other neck traction devices that you can find that fit on your neck like a sock. Depends on your preference & cost.
