hi guys , i've read on a site that hanging alone increases height..

check this. http://www.gettaller.da.ru/hanging.html

"Swinging on a height vertical bar can increase your height by itself by 1 even 2 inches."

is that true?

so hanging alone without stretching can increase height 1 or 2 inches ?

there's a likely chance it will, but it's almost always temporary height.

I suggest running before you invert, and do invert for a whole year.
