Just wanted to see what time in the day people check their height and what height they go by.

I am up to 177.4cm (177.8cm is 5/10) in morning and 174.8cm (175.3cm is 5/9) at night, this is a pretty big difference - 2.6cm (1 inch). I would like to say I'm 5/10 but by lunch time I am about 5/9 Damn gravity! male, 26

Morning height: 6'0 1/4
Evening height: 5'11 3/4

morning height: 6'1
at night: 5'11

I have read he growing taller - long.pdf that someone posted (sorry I did not get the name of the person that posted) that the average difference is about 1 inch. so far we have 2 people 1 inch loss and 1 person 2 inch loss. Keep posting.

my morning height is only 1.5 cm more....how u guys manage to get inch....u people must have slept with shoes on...hmmm

how u guys measure so accurately, i guess wut im try to ask here is how do u guys measure ur height. i try to mark a spot on the wall then measure it with a tape ruler, but thats not nearly as accurate
