Hey guys,

I have been using height increase technics for a while, got poor results till now, 1 cm. of height increase with all of the products I used.

Okay, first there is a real HI site, some of those between you might already know, the one merchandising Genius : It makes 4 products ands Genius is just one of them.

NOW; FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE STILL IN THEIR LATE TEENS : YOU'RE LUCKIER THAN US EARLY-TWENTIERS; SO LISTEN WELL.

They make no claims of hi for those after 22 but for those under, and especially teens ranging from 15 to 21, they say with Genius you can grow 2-3 cms. per year, which will maek most of you fellas reach their desired height when you'll be 25.

By the way, I'm 21 and 5"5'.

The product contains what maternal milk does, many all-natural growth realted material but specially the colostrum, the most natural height increasing element that makes us grow from a baby to a little child.

The most important thing is, due to searches made, there's 100% chance that a person will be 3-18 cms. taller than their parents, with actual photos on the site, unless they've past their 22.

Okay, go check this site : www.wisdom-health.com and begin taking sth non-scam. For those still little you can even show this site to your parents as it's completely no-scam. Lose no time.

Secondly, and this is my personal opinion completely, leaving apart the positive-negative feedback bullshit apart, there are real HGH products sold to fair prices, such as 100$ for 5-6 months, like Renewal HGH.

Go check alwaysyoung.com, and choose the products you wish. As they're primarily designed for workout, and you can consider stretching exercises as a workout, they don't harm your body and in the worst case they can even add you a few mms or cms -I dunno- as they can thicken the bones if not elongate them.

But the point is that the product must contain somatotropin, so go for Renewal Advanced or Renewal Workout and combine it with Renewal IGF-1, the primary growth factor for the body.

For a total of six months approx. and max. (4 bottles each package) these two products cost 200$.

Third one is about the pills, as we all know many of the pill companies are scam and considering the late posts on Alfalfa and normal researches on the net about its benefits and content, it is true that Alfalfa is a natural and very strong source of the principal vitamins, minerals and most importantly proteins. I would go for it as you can buy 12 boxes of it (9-10 months supply) for just 45$, and if you live in USA, that's a very good price. I won't give a company name about it, search for it and you'll find easily many options.

Finally, I would like to add that spray-forms are most effective in comparison to pills, so even if you'd look at some of those "big-claimer" companies, go for the spray ones. There's just one of it over there with the content explained, two fruits ) brought in liquid form, you'll find it too on Yahoo! if you write "height increase HGH spray".

As an amino source, you might buy MFIII but as it's very very expensive, you may try GROWTH BOOSTER PLUS; now I can hear people saying me SCAMMER; no, I'm not a scammer neither I'm sure GBP isn't scam too, I just conclude that it's possibly not a scam (just as a product, not from the point of view the promises it makes) because many bodybuilding products with the same form of their bottyle are sold in all countries : big, plastic bottles of 2/3 kgs.
and make attention, unlike most of other companies, their ingredient are fully listed on their site : you know what you're paying for.

So, all in all, I would like to give this message : for people around my age, nobody can promise anything, but if you're under 20, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE 17 OR SO AND YOU'RE LOST IN DESPAIR, TAKE DEEP BREATH, REMIND YOU YOU'RE LUCKIER THAN MOST OF US AND WITHOUT ANY HESITATION GO FOR THE ABOVE PRODUCTS, ESPECIALLY "GENIUS". GO AT THEIR SITE; ANALYSE IT AND I HOPE MOST OF YOU WILL HOPEFULLY GAIN A FEW INCHES WITH THAT PRODUCT.

I sincerely hope success to all of you in this hard quest and also hope that my insights be useful to some of you, especailly to those still around 15-19 years old.

Rock on

What about the late teens and early 20s with already fused plates?

Look I believe that the plates are not completely fused, I mean 100%, when they are called "totally fused". They are still open 2%-3% and as this state causes little growth they are referred to as closed.

And let's remind that everybody is not lucky enough to get an x-ray done. For instance, in my country, I didn't find a special clinic or lab which gives you an x-ray with the special purpose of analysing your growth plates. They do it upon a doctor's request on the testing of your bone maturity and finding such a doctor who won't criticise your efforts but instead only give you the necessary paper is quite hard, as you can imagine.

All in all, you may have remarked that between those who write here there are those who are still 14 i.e. and those in their mid-teens who still grow even if slowly. If you gave up with you, thinking your plates are fused it's okay don't listen to me but these people have plenty of chances to benefit from non-scam products if they use them.

Hey pal,

I know it's expensive, and add to that you can't pay it all once, it becomes a real problem to buy the product itself, even for those like me who may have an additional financial source for these things.

But my point at recommending Genius is that as most of us have already past -or are forcing- our limits of desperation, the knowledge of a product which is not scam at all, between these tens and tens of scam companies and their scientifical data backup -look at their research on their website on children it's really very effective- makes me believe that, if there's something to work, then Genius must be inside.

However, I think that that product wouldn't be effective on its own too mcuh on oldies like us -I suppose you're early 20 too- , we need HGH and IGF-1 backup, which I ordered myself from Renewal, because it contained Somatotropin. I'm planning to use all of these before exercising, I go to a gym 3-4 times a week for 35$ monthly, and there's a barfix (or hanging bar, how you call them) on which I can work as much as I want.

I read somewhere about somebody who grew 3 cms -I suppose it was with alfalfa or Centrum- that he had made 4-5 sets of 20 lift-ups on a hanging bar per day for that gain.

Doesn' that sound to you reasonable too? After remembering how tough body lift with only arms is in comparison to other bodybuilding exercises -leave apart 4 sets of 20, I can barely make one set of 10 myself on a single workout!!!-, with a continuous workout programme pre-supported with the required aminos or HGH releasers would certainly make anybody gain a similar height -I don't take 3 cms as a huge height increase myself-.

So, for those who are between 15-18, I'm sure that most of them will grow a few cms. or even inches with only Genius because their growth plates are at their most open states at that period.

I can say nothing at your place, because I can guarantee nothing.

I'm planning to buy for myself because I'm convinced that it's an all-natural harmless and effective (100% on those until their 19 3-18 cm plus than their parents and 95% on those after 19 2 cms per year) way to grow taller due to the construction and content of their site (their full address and testimonial photos are included).

I believe in it also partially because I think that my bones aren't very "mature" yet. I'm quite thin -not like a scarecrow of course!-
53 kg. for 1.65 cm. and when I compare my hands, my feet, my arms to those of my father, they are quite the same as length but much more thin I mean of 1/2 - 1/3 less diameter than his ones, just like a child's. So I think that as my father's arms were just like mines a time and they've grown into what they are today, maybe mines have not yet completed their development and I still have chance to elongate them.

However, at school ý see friends like me who have big arms, broad chests and I don't think they will grow much because they've become more "man" than "adolescent" at the time being.

So, I hope you can make yourself some idea upon these personal judgements.

I will continue to post here about the developments of my situation.

Stay positive and rock on

Check Out "Glucosamine Sulfate"

January 28 2006, 4:52 PM

Check out the following thread on the first page :

http://www.network54.com/Forum/189510/thread/1088132646/last-1138291708/Glucosamine+Sulfate

But don't be discouraged by those Hitchock crows sparring about anything they read from their places. It seems a very reasonable way to grow, because it regenerates the cartilages on the long bones. By the way, it doesn't require a recipe, and most vitamin companies like Solgar sell it, but it's a bit high-priced.

Cheaper way

January 30 2006, 11:29 AM

Genius only has two ingredients that will help you grow: colostrum and the pituitary gland extract powder. Get some good quality colostrum from Goatein IG (by Garden of Life) and then get the gland powder at www.standardprocess.com (they have it in tablet form though). You'll get the same results without paying hundreds of dollars for it all at once.

What about the other ingredients? I mean not vitamin C or niacin but for example, soy isolated protein, those plant and mushroom powders? Maybe they have catalysing effects on the HGH's activities?

And what do you think about the glucosamine sulfate?

See ya ;

I wish I could know.. If I knew I would make myself grow..

Why don't you try the Glucosamine Sulfate (or Glucosamine Chondroitine). I got a reply from Solgar that even at my age -21- this chemical might trigger some growth as its primary function is the repair and regeneration of the cartilages and it could be tested on a 5-6 months period with the other supplements. A non-scam version of MFIII if any of you guys seen it or tried it. -In fact MFIII is not scam either its seller company is a scammer.-

I have ordered myself 2 boxes of 120 capsules from Puritan's Pride and am gonna use them hopefully for the six next months. I'll make you know with my results.

But at your age, you shouldn't listen to me or other 20+ people. Go try these with your exercises you've better chances that these things work for us than you.

I know well that swimming regularly, taking aminos and other supplements before exo and alfalfa are good stuff and advice. Go try them.

definitely non chewable. u get more bang for ur buck. the chewables are for little kids who cant swallow pills. that genious stuff looks promising... if only i had the cash for it.. although its not THAT expensive its just the fact that u have to buy a years supply that sucks

Like I said, the only two useful ingredients are Colostrum and Pituitary Extract. The rest is just filler. If you read the descriptions they don't mention anything about growth. Only Colostrum and Pituitary. Some of that stuff is just for cleaner bowels or other stuff that is insignificant to growth.

Taken from my thread on Impartial Height:

Bone Loading/Cartilage program - I'm not sure about bone loading but it targets the spine which will make it stronger and possibly longer. I've heard the same thing about remodeling cartilage. Check out the video Skeletal Fitness on Amazon.com for the bone loading.

For Cartilage I hear Chondroitin Sulfate is real good. There's a health supplement from Health Direct called Fluid Motion which is suppose to to help with joints. It also contains Silica which is for stronger bones.

Where can you get Pituitary Extract? I looked at the site someone posted earlier, but I couldn't find it there. Does it just stimulate the pituitary gland and cause HGH relase? Also, what does Colostrum do (is it for HGH release of cartiledge/joint stuff)?
