I am looking for experimenters to take part in the dynamic HI experiment and I hope some of you can respond. There are 31 + 21 entries which got in, which is a total of 52 people have got the dynamic HI journal, along with information required to activate it if you use windows XP. This information is ONLY available from me.
All you have to do is to provide this information. I will email you in 3 months asking if you have gained any height, and if so, how much!! I really do hope you have gained in height! I will also send you the dynamic HI programme if you do not have it.

- ankle weights for at least 1 hour everyday which I have been doing for the past 2 weeks
- swimming of at least 40 laps using breast stroke continuously for 1 hour for 2 days a week, which I have been doing for the past 2 to 3 weeks
- intent to incorporate intentsive cycling for 1-2 hours straight for 2 nights a week. (Might start from next week onwards)
- Consumption of
1) milk, at least 2 glasses a day, might drink more if I can.
2) L-Arginine 500 from GNC ( 1 capsule a day)

-sleeping with legs up, straight back, no pillow for the last month and a half. go to bed at 8:00. Not later than 9:00. slept on floor though. good/bad ?
-kicking each leg 200 times a day. Dividing the times that I do so.
-stretching spine. It cracks a lot.
-running, b-bal, or half hour of bench-press low weights(until it hurts and needs repair). Four times a week.
-over, yes over, half a gallon of milk a day and some beef included. Only two large meals a day (breakfast, dinner) and one alpha-dopa growth popper in-between. apples, oranges, and veggies. sometimes in the blender. I eat two meals because its convenient, and I think through excercise during this break, can increase gh. Also, I eat everyting organic EXCEPT the milk and beef... not crazy organic (just got into this organic biznass) organic is pricy, but milk and beef are way too pricy. reg. milk and beef have igf-1 and steriods in them, for the bust.
-using YOKO. like all freakn' day. definately hurts. I know now (after three months) where to wear them on my feet, and how to know its working. sometimes, no socks (just on treadmill). or maybe you aren't suppost to use socks?... they don't say.
-AND the LHL formula. 500mg acetyl-l-carnitine and 25 mg l-ornithine over three hours of last meal. well over.

-Hypnosis... I'm not good at it. But I'll start tonight, cause I feel like it.

methods: I used to jump rope but started doing 500 high vertical jumps each day in addition to running two miles each day (in hopes of stimulating the epiphysial plates). I also do a shin routine with ankle weights for about an hour everynight and hang on a bar for a couple of minutes for many times a day. I plan to start the lumbar routine once my inversion boots come. I drink lots of milk and take chrondroiton/glucosamine, vitamin c (to help calcium absorbtion, and calcium/vitamin D. My goal is limitless but i would atleast like to attain 5'8 at the minimum. I have persistence so i hope this will help me. I have always kinda hung on the bar for a year or two now but the last few weeks i really got serious and am trying for real gains now.

hi jennifer,i followed this dyanamic height increase program for 10 weeks .iam 20 now .i tried this program when i was 19.i measured my height before the program very carefully and also after the program.there was no increase in height.maybe it was too late.but dynamic height increase promises that anyone under 25 will see results.but no results.mostly all the exercises r yoga postures.i followed all their tips carefully.including sleep, nutrition etc.
now iam happy being short.i hope i will live 122 years like jeane calment who was only 4feet 11 inches.
