Sequel to my growth success , I hereby tell you my routine and links .
But first of all , I host myself :

-Growth stunted before 15 years old because of too poor diet , lack of exercise , various sicknesses .
-Gain of height since 16 till 17 : 5’6” to 5’7” = 1 inch (only with supplements)
-Gain of height since 17 till now : 5’7” ro 5’9” = 2 inches (what I’m going to explain)
@ MY ROUTINE @
As I can’t change my genetic , I decided to work on 3 aspects of my life : diet , sport , sleep . I want to let you know that my growth plates aren’t fused yet (checked by radio) , so you must apply it only if you are in my case .
-DIET :
My typical day :
I drink 1,5 liter of water per day .
Meal one :
-1 protein shake (250ml of milk mixed with 20g of protein powder)

-3 toasts
-Water or sometimes 250ml of green tea
-250 ml of fruit juice
-1 tablet of Clomide Clomiphene Citrate (anti-estrogen)

Meal two :
-2 huge potatoes
-1 white cheese
-1 steak or chicken-turkish white
-1 soup or several tomatoes
-Some bread
-Water
Meal three :
-1 protein shake
-1 apple
-3 toasts or oats
-Water
Meal four :
-5 egg whites and 1 yolk or fish
-1 soup
-Some bread
-1 yoghourt
-Water
Before bed :
-Royal gelee
-A complete 100% multivitamin (bought from magasines)
-16g of NTI GH-NS (HGH booster)

-Sometimes ZMA and/or single amino acids secretagogue such as l-glutamine or l-ornithine .
-SPORT :
I wear 3 lbs ankle weights all day long and also when I do my sports .
Monday :
-5 times 1000 jumps
-5 times 1 minute of hanging
-5 times 50 kicking with each leg
-5 times 100 abdo crunches
Tuesday :
-Break
Wednesday :
-8 miles of jogging
Thursday :
-75 minutes of various vigorous exercises of stretching
-5 times 1 minute of hanging
-5 times 100 abdo crunches
Friday :
-8 miles of jogging
Saturday :
-5 times 100 abdo crunches
Sunday :
-5 times 1000 jumps
-5 times 20 push ups
-5 times 50 kicking with each leg

-SLEEP :
I sleep in a room which is dark , noiseless and fresh with feet and hands out of the cover . I sleep at least 9 hours per night .
