Hi I'm new to this message board and i'm about to start a height increase routine to try and grow a couple inches but I'm afraid of growing unproportionally. My arms are already a little on the short side already and if i just grow in the legs and spine through my height routine then i'm afraid my arms would look too short.
So does anyone have any ideas about how to possibly lengthen ones arms?
Hanging from a bar is one HI technique which will also take care of your arms.
Otherwise practice the sport Jai Alai.
