So I heard estrogen blocks out HGH, how does this apply to girls? Is this to say that girls with more estrogen have less HGH? Can high amounts of both occur simultaneously?

More estrogen in puberty slows down the growthy process. There are medicine that slows down puberty, if you are still that young. Consult a doctor.
