I completely understand that the Knights take a little time to deny/approve your request for Nobility/PG, and, you require a written reason, but I did all of that and have been waiting for an extremely long time for a reply on Nobility. Usually, it takes a few weeks, but it's been months since I've gotten a reply. Is it because of the Scribe House bug? Because if it is, then I'll just cancel my request and re-send it.
