Yay! It's my 1st anniversary of getting into the music of Common Rotation. A year ago today I was searching imdb.com when I came across the tidbit on Adam's bio, searched the web for the band's website, found it and realized they were playing only 30 miles away that night. Then I rushed over to Rockville Center, rushed through the doors when someone (I think it was Ken) was like, "Dude, we don't go on for two hours." So I felt like an ass, ran back outside and spent much time walking around town, freezing my ass off and hiding in a church to get out of the cold but they were scary because they thought I had come for Sunday Mass and were like, "Welcome my child." So I jetted out of there too, back into the cold and away from the scary church people. Walked around for another hour, and finally went back to Backstreet Blues. Then I heard some of the best music I've ever heard live. Sometime when they finished (with The Crowd & I... "maybe on that judgement day I won't be in the room") I ran over to Adam and said, "Can I borrow you for a picture?" So Rick and Adam took some pics with me.. I then ran out of the club and jumped in my car and whoo-hoo'd and screamed for a good few minutes. I was quite happy driving home, though I don't really remember getting back home, I must have been on cloud 9.

So today I decided to do something special to celebrate, so I went back to EMHS to get some more pics. Jordan thought this was a cool idea last time me and Lauren did it, though I fear Ken so I hope I don't make him mad. I come in peace, Professor-san.

Weirdly enough, I first started liking Common Rotation the day that Adam got skinned and crispy-fried on Buffy! My Common Ro. Fan annaversary is on Warren's deathday. That's gonna be sad. lol

Yeah, Dead guys with flayed skin when their skin is re-attatched like Warren. How the HELL did Warren get his skin back in Lessons? He was still playing Warren and yet his skin was all on and in tact...what gives? Shouldn't we have seen like a really freaky skinless Warren, and Mayor-snake-meat Mayor and Crushed Master bones...etc. lol!

just a thought ... although some of you may still be in high school, so it's nothing new to you. I think a lot of us are in the 1993-1997 classes, oddly enough, so we are around the same years as the guys. I wonder if you could guess the year based on the hairstyle? lol Of course, anything with bangs bigger than your forehead or permed hair that's long in the back (on a guy) is a dead give-away for 80's to 1991.
