Waaaay too much dancing last night. Crawled out of bed to my computer, and I'm not moving for the rest of the day. Not only that but I'm having trouble remembering last night. This can't be a good sign.

Let's see.. the Common Rotation show was awesome, as usual. My camera though, sucks ass. I didn't start taping until after the first song (Hey Mr. DJ, I thought we had a deal) mainly because I didn't know if they would care I was taping them, but finally decided I wanted to get a bootleg of the show no matter what they thought. The tape cut off after 20 minutes though because I couldn't find the tape speed button on the camera (I only got it yesterday, I don't know how it works). Damn it!! So this is all I have on my tape:

Other songs that they did: Eminem (was that a part of Smile FTC? I can't remember), their OTHER drinking song which was possibly Union Dues?, God Does, Oklahoma.

Adam said they're coming back with the new cd sometime before the end of January. So I have till then to figure out how the heck my camera works!

Then it was back to Long Island to see Rainbow Trout's new cd party, though I got horribly horribly lost getting back out there (this is the part of the night where I met a drug dealer in Queens who almost killed me and then I almost drove to Upstate New York, it also involved a gaggle of police officers and driving well over 100 miles per hour.. let's never get lost in New York again!!)

Finally got to see Rainbow Trout again. My god they were AMAZING last night! The guy dancing in the front almost knocked me off my chair a few times. Saw Eric backstage, some guy wanted to smell his perfume. Then Eric recognized me and was like, "What are you doing here?" What, did you think Common Rotation was the only band I saw live :P Bumped into him again, literally, on the dance floor later while I was dancing around with my eyes closed.

Danced, drank, met some cute guys, and left at like 2:30.. though I don't remember driving home or getting to bed.. but I woke up today and my car is in once piece. It's all good

Sounds like a crazy night! lol Wish I was there...And another knew song? Hooray! I'm so excited for this CD. Hey Vixen, ya wanna send me over some of that CoRo goodness? lol I really wanna see the tape!

I would, but at the moment one of my vcr's is broken so I can't make copies. Hopefully I can get one of my AV friends to fix it, but I can't help you until then. Sorry.

The boys from the US are very cute. And they buy you drinks if you smile prettily. I'm partial to Long Island guys, but my crush at the moment was born and breed in New Jersey (later moved to NYC, so I guess there's still that NY connection).

I don't think guys are big on buying a drink over here for us girls.
Then again there is a lot of drug rape over here so you have 2 be careful with letting guys buy you drink.

I have a question for any guys on the board if there is any.

I haven't bought a guy a drink in a few months, but the last time I did I know he thought I bought the drink 4 him with alternative motives in mind.
I have 2 add when I bought the drink it was inoncent I was waiting for some one we chatted and he was cool.
Of course it started of inoncent but with more drink it soon became clear I had other intentions, of course am a lady and didn't act on any of these.
(And of course the nite I would have I couldn't find him any where)
Did I just say that out loud well the point is if I chat 2 any guys in LA, is it ok 2 buy drinks back or will they all think am trying 2 get up 2 no good with them?

Buy a guy a drink if you want, most in Britatin will think you have a motive even if you talk to them. My advise only buy them a drink if you do have a motive otherwise why waste the money. Guys here do buy drinks if you give them the right signals, maybe you need to work on that. As for drugging your drink if you are with them when they buy it you should be ok.

Vixen - Sounds like a great show! The "Devils of Deception" song is actually "Prime Time", btw. And you surely know the Eminem cover was part of "Savior"? You said "Smile for the camera" lol. Is Vixen a little hung over this morning??? :P

Okay, yeah, it was Savior. And I always call that song Devils of Deception for some reason.. it's a bad habit.

Did you manage to get any photographs of the boys to share with us? Glad you had a good time at their show - I know I am looking forward to seeing them here in LA soon.

BTW - Those of you who haven't yet gotten Pop Up killers, might want to try going to Sureshot's Pop Up Killer I have downloaded and tried the orig. Pop Up Killer as well as this. And this is MUCH nicer. So far, no nasty pop ups have bothered me since I've installed it.

He looked.. very scruffy, but I was really more interested in getting him out of my car. He gave me this like lecture on Busta Rhymes and black on black crime and I'm just like, "Yeah, man, crime of any kind is bad. Killing people.. that's just wrong, and bad. Very very bad... please get out of my car now." Then he asked me for money because he helped me with directions and everything, so I gave him a dollar and he got all pissed off and said it wasn't enough. So I told him I didn't have anything else (mainly because I was saving the $10 for the Rainbow Trout show) so he finally left after a few minutes of arguing but not before saying, "You ever need any good shit to smoke, you come to me, aight?" Ugh, last time I ask for directions in Queens!

And I've got one or two pics (I was using my video camera, so I felt weird and a little geeky taking photos too but after my video camera died on me I started taking some photos), and a lot of Rainbow Trout, and some of a place I was yesterday but I won't tell you where yet. It's another one of my surprise visits.

Moonlightsonata I worried alot about what peeps thought of me after the conventions.
But now I just think these conventions are meant 2 be fun for us as well as the guests.
