I agree with Justin, the unplugged version of "Oklahoma" would be great! Since I missed taping it at HC. And pretty please play teh Eminem "Lose Yourself" cover! I would like nothing more for my 20th birthday than to hear that at the show!

That song was my personal theme song for many months! (Technically it still is my theme song since I've not replaced it yet though I'm no longer obsessed) All of June I worshipped that song. Of course, it totally fit the hell that had become my life what with the apt building explosion and the living out of a hotel thing happening for me. Actually, though, I miss the hotel. Personal anthems, huh? I think I'd have to choose Phantom Planet's "Anthem". Because uh... it's called "Anthem". And the whole world needs an anthem, I'm just trying to put the words where they belong.

As far as covers go, I like their joint Matt Young Band / Common Rotation cover of "If I Had A Million Dollars". It was funny because Adam and Eric didn't actually know the words. Or one of them did and the other didn't. I forget.

To segue into another subject, I've heard it said that CR sound a lot like Barenaked Ladies, but I don't hear it anymore, especially with the new material. Although "Pretty Lights" reminds me a lot of "Hello City".

And that one I can't turn into a segue, so I'm going to stop now.

It was at a show at Molly's. I forget which. One where Matt's band opened and CR followed. I only caught the tail end of the song but I don't think covering the Ladies was their idea, 'cause one of them didn't know the words.

Kinny and Stef-March 30th gig. I know it was the nite of my smooch. I remember cuz my Mom saw Matt Young perform as well and that is the only CR gig she was at. I have a pic of them on stage together.

My personal anthems are "Woman in Love," "Falling into You," and "The Way He Makes Me Feel." Yes we already know I'm a romantic sap. Always seem to be in love and always with the wrong guy le sigh

I'm using Burgandy as one right now cuz of my hair. snicker
