Last night I was thinking (oh dear, this is never good!). We've got plenty of Adam sites to go 'round, I know Stef has an Eric site somewhere, and Rachel just finished putting up a Ken site. But think about it people. We're missing a Mike site. We're missing our little "god"!!!!!!! He's probibly off crying in a corner 'cuz we've forgotten him! pout

Now I hate to look/sound/seem like a copy cat and all, but Mike NEEDS a site of his very own. I think that it was mentioned only once and no one took up the offer or said anything in agreement. I'm going to change that. (Especially in light of my recent creative endeavors- but any one of my lj buds can tell you about that later.)

Right now, I'm going to go off and find Mike and give him a big hug to make him feel better, and then I'm gonna start brainstorming ideas to make a site for a kick-ass bassist! Any donations would be greatly appreiciated.

But you can expect great things of the site... frequent announcements about the virgin sacrifices to be held each Saturday (followed by a potluck), where to buy Mike altars and candles and nicely-smelly things and of course, how to follow in Mike's footsteps, kinda like following Tommy (of The Who's Tommy) just without the whole Deaf, Dumb and Blind thing... oh, and the ending where everyone turns on him..Nasty stuff that.

Just a little update to let you know that Mike's site will be online soon.

I have set up a generic FTP account so that you can upload your pictures. Makes it a little easier, yeah?

Just make a directory with your name so that we know whose pictures are whose.

Also, Matt said it was cool if we hosted the mp3s and such of live recordings. If you want to upload those, there is a folder for that too. *hint hint Justin/Kinny/et al* Plus, I am planning on converting to wma and/or having a Flash radio for those with pesky networks at work. :p

I am planning on using this naming convention so it's easier to figure out what ones we all have (as opposed to "sitdown1.mp3, sitdown2.mp3, etc"). I also made sure the tags had the most information I could offer correctly entered, like title, artist, year, album, and a comment if I knew where it was recorded.
