THAT guy...is hilarious. The Iraqi information minister, bringer of such wonderful quotes as "There have been rumors that we launched scud missiles at Kuwait. I would like to make it clear that we have no scud missiles and I don't know why they were launched at Kuwait," ""We have destroyed 2 tanks, fighter planes, 2 helicopters and........their shovels. That guy cracks me up I watched him the other day and he was giggling like a mad man and yelling "I spit on the Americans, they are losing we have their helmets" What??? Does anyone else see this guy stroking a white cat really he has the makings of a bond baddy!
