How do I get an icon?

I can't find a place where I can choose/upload my icon... for over my name, y'know? How'd you guys get them there?

Go to http://www.network54.com (log in) and click the "My Resources" tab. Then under "Account Info", hit the Edit link on the top right. There you can upload an icon and all that jazz.
