Just thought I'd say hi as it's my first time here, and post a question from little old me
I just discovered CR about a week ago, when I realized Adam was in a band(Big Adam-fan here - Yay!) I have ordered both CD's...used my whole allowance, and downloaded anything I could find in the net. Now I'm just waiting for them to arrive!
So to my question...I have noticed that many of you have quotes from musicals in your signatures, are there many musicalfans here? I love musicals, and I'm not afraid to say it;)

Re: Musicals - Yes I think there are a few musical buffs on this forum. Just as there are some Monkees fans as well. Good you're not ashamed to admit you love musicals - no shame in loving music of any sort.
My absolute favourite musical of all time is West Side Story. Romeo and Juliet to music and relatively "modern day." Also love the shows "Hair" and "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum." And no, the last one isn't about the CoRo forum Currently I'm loving "Cannibal! the musical" which is a musical most people have never heard of let alone seen.

when i was about 5 i wanted to be a nun so i could sing and dance around and marry a captain and adopt 7 children

Not only are the musical fans on here, and ones who have already posted on that, but there are the type pf fan who will walk arm in aarm with her sister through south street sea port when the wind is blowing so hard it is enought to blow you away, singing loudly and having the best ol time of it!

Singing in the wind, oh yes, the memories I miss living on the countryside(my neighbours now not so happy at me belting out at any hour...they'll just have to live with it..heh)
AND, I got both cd's about a week ago, and they're on rotation 24-7 now! I just love them, so far Big Fear is my favorite, and my favorite song is Offstage Lines...it usually gets put on repeat for 10 times!
Oh I love discovering new music how you just play it over and over again, such glee
yeah it was windiy, but it was after all the day after the hurricane. And NY did not get it so bad, VA, NC and NJ got it worse, much worse I had house guests who had it worse
and sing to your hearts content, make your neighbors suffer, you will have more fun this way.
Currently I'm loving "Cannibal! the musical" which is a musical most people have never heard of let alone seen.
