Hey all...

I emailed for the info, but I'm figuring that it might be too late for Matt to get back to me in time. If anyone on the board is hosting the show on Thurs 7-1 (or knows who is and can pass this request on to them) I'd really appreciate a message. I'm in the area and would like to be able to make it if I can.

I probably already know some of you from the shows. (Allie (LittlePhillyGirl) will vouch for me, I've known her for a while- if you want a "board" reference to ensure I'm not a psycho. *L*)

Hey Chris,

I think they email the location out about 1-2 days ahead of time so they can keep some sort of control over attendance. I haven't been to a LR show yet, so that is just my estimate. It may actually come down to just 1 day. I am sure if your email got through, they will get back to you.

Thanks for the reply, Dana! My only concern was that it's late tonight, and they might already be on the road, since there is an Ohio stop scheduled for tomorrow night too. Was afraid I'd get lost in the travel shuffle.

Btw- do you go to the BE shows? It seems like I've met a Dana...?

Chris - Well, I've made it to a couple of Bitter End shows, but the last one I was at was in November (April '03 and July? before that). It's a bit hard to believe that it's been that long - this year has been flying by. It's absolutely possible we've met or at least been crammed in the same small space together.

Wish I could officially meet you in Columbus, but I am in Illinois, and that's about 8 hours away I think, so 'no can do' on a work day.

I'm not sure how they access email while traveling, but I am sure they've got it down to a science with the LR tour going on for so long now.

Again, have fun! Can't wait to hear how it goes.

Well, I'm not having the best of luck. Figures, as I've gone from NY to CA to see the band and now when they're in my neighborhood I can't seem to work it out! L

Missed the Columbus LR show tonight due to one of those pesky corporate functions that ran late. (And it's hard to bug out early when you're getting an award...*sigh*)

Apparently the Columbus concert is cancelled for tomorrow, so that's out.

The Cleveland LR is apparently rescheduled to Friday in replacement of the Columbus concert, so I've emailed for info on it. Keep your fingers crossed that i get it in time!

Chris - What a bummer. Well, I hope you can make one of the other shows. They will be around the OH/IL/MI area for a good while, so maybe you can catch them w/ TMBG if nothing else?

Isn't it funny how work doesn't understand priorities such as CR shows? Silly, silly adult responsibilities. I for one need to hurry up and figure out what I am doing because I am on vacation starting the end of today and I have no plane/train tickets to anywhere I want to go. I really don't want to waste my one vacation time (until Christmas). Ugh, I hate travel planning.

Yes, I'd have been more than willing to pass on the speechifying, key lime pie and brandy if I could have just gotten out of there an hour or so earlier than I did. L

The good news is that I did get the Cleveland info this AM, so I guess I'll make a little road trip tonight after all.
