this'll end up being a short thread since most of the people who were here were locals who've never been to the board... but i wanted to post a bit...

i'll actually come back tomorrow and post more as having spent the entire week cleaning my house for te guys and guests, i am exhausted.

but... the show was really great. i am so glad that we were able to host the guys. i have the set list and unless briel beats me to it (doubtful since she is no where near a comp at the moment...) i'll post it tomorrow.

adam had many witty remarks about the phallicly (i'll never be able to look at it the same again) shaped bright orange hanging fireplace. hehehe.

oh! and someone needs to remind next weekend to get the link up... i invited one of the reporters from our paper to come (i've read some of his stuff and thought he'd enjoy it and crossed my fingers he might want to write something...) and he decided to write something in next weeks column. so yeah... i'm pretty giddy about that.

am also giddy that some of the locals, or actually most of them, bought cd's and stuff. they were impressed. which just reminds me that yes, i'm not insane to always be trying to see CR shows.

anyways... i wish more people had come out just cuz i love them and wanted to share CR with lots of people...

and i'll be back later to fill in gaps... so ask me questions or something and i'll know what info you want. lol.

I'm so glad you had a good time Elizabeth! I'm really sorry I couldn't hang around in CA long enough for your show.

And speaking of Common Ro craziness,I was going to drive to Vegas for tonight's LR show, but my driving partner of insanity bailed on me at the last minute and after working a bunch of overnight shifts, I wasn't comfortable driving 9 hours alone. I used to live there, so I had a friend to stay with tonight, but I finally had to admit that I couldn't make the drive down there on no sleep. So, no, you're not crazy for trying to attend everything you can.

One of these days (hopefully soon) the guys will be so popular you won't get a nice smaller show, so appreciate it while you can.

I'm beat right now (having just returned from LV) but I just wanted to say that I had a lot of fun at the Fresno show. A gigantic thanks to Eric for the dedication... I love The One I Left Behind. That made my night. You rock so much. It was fun making the trip with Abby and Kristy to Fresno (and farther) and I met some fun people there. Thanks to Elizabeth for hosting and letting us crash at her place.
