I know there are a mountain of songs out there that have radio in their titles or DJ in their titles, but I'm curious as to why these three in particular aren't in the song:
R.E.M.'s Radio Song
R.E.M.'s Radio Free Europe
The Ramones' We Want the Airwaves
The possible reasons are:
1. They felt it would make the song too long.
2. They felt these songs wouldn't quite fit in the song
3. They couldn't get legal permission to perform them
4. Some other reason
Any ideas?
