I saw the band for the first time last night at the Party, they seriously rocked, I love them so much, I've finally found a band I like that still exist. This rocks, they rock, I love you people so much, I have two signed CD's and I'm so happy. Thank you so much for being such a great band, this is so cool.
Yeah, the band rocked liked a bucket of frogs!
I think that you guys have some seriously good ideas for songs, and they're really catchy!
Hope you have a good time in the UK, and maybe you'll play in Northampton sometime in the future!
Thanks for signing my CD fella's! Keep up the good work, and keep on doing your thang!
I saw the last of half of the set and totally fell in love with the band. Im working on my plan to get to the gig on tuesday now

Yeah, when I was at the gig, a couple next to me were talking about maybe leaving after the third song, and of course I butted in and told them it was none of my business, but they wouldn't regret it if they stayed a bit longer. He was the one Adam said "I learned a new word here: wanker" to, because he was screaming for them to continue playing when each song finished. Heh.
My friend Jen was there, and she told me about the "wanker" guy. Adam went on to say something like, "In America you'd just be an ***hole."

Where do you guys all live? I really REALLY want to go to the gig inManchester, but it's the whole school thing, and the fact that I live in Northampton... and with my mom... grrr

I wasn't sure if the guy was being rude or not but I loved Adam's wanker comment.
I had a great time, managed to squeeze up the front with Jess & Trulla & their friends, who were all looking great in their CoRo4 Europe T Shirts. It was so hot in there, Adam looked like he was melting, but he kept his jacket on til right near the end, bless him. It was a great show, & I'm looking forward to tonight now.

The guys were amazing at the party as usual, loved it!! I just found out i've been invited to attend the Glasgow Living Room gig so im sooooo excited and looking forward to that, never tire of listening to the guys, especially live. Now all I have to do is get someone to cover my shift from work and im sorted. Even if I don't get it covered I'll be there, who needs work when you have ComRo?
They told me they'll be back around April/May! That will be so cool, I am so annoyed I had to leave early, because my parents were waiting till I got in, but my friend Mark told me about the anti-Bush song, I soooooo have to see them again, I loved them so much, I can't believe I left!

I've been wondering if their humor would translate over with the British. I think the guys give high energy and funny performances, but sometimes it's politically slanted, which might not make sense to those outside of America. Anyway, music is music, and good music is its own international language...even though they're still speaking English...kind of. Oh, never mind.
I know what you mean Jo Ann... lol, I think they translated fine, but then again, I'm a bit of a traveller, and so I know what a bunch of people are talking about... kinda... lol
I really wish I would be able to go to the gig in Manny...
I think they're great performers, always really lively, even if the song isn't (like, if it's slow, not meaning if it's bad...lol)
I don't... but I bet someone out there would be able to tell you it off by heart.. .hee hee
hey, is anyone on here one of the crew for collectormania? I just want to know, cuz I was and I'm looking for these 2 scottish girls by the names of Kirsty and Lindsay...? They were being crazy with me at the party, and I just wanted to tell them that I had lots of fun hanging out with them...
But yeah, if anyone else who was/is crew is on here, then Hello!

I can't sleep. I wish I could have been at the troubadour, not only in spirit. I miss these guys allready !!
I had so much fun over the weekend. To get to see Adam & Eric again (after more than 12 month) was so great and to meet Jordan for the first time was great too.
I was soooooo nervous when Fiorina and I queued up. We where the first in line and I wanted to turn around and ran away as fast as I could. I don't even know why, it's not that I've never met them before. But as soon as Adam was around I felt better. Talking to Adam and Eric was the start of a day I won't forget in years. This day couldn't have been better !
The fun part of this morning. Every Collectormania guest had a hugh sign above his head so that you could see where each guest has his table, from far away. Adams sing showed a promo picture from the Jury, but the sign said "Bufy the vampire slayer" LOL
I keep my fingers crossed that they will be back next year!
The party was great too, and after all those days that went wrong during the last month of my life, I even almost started to cry when they played "Karma Chameleon", and I still do, when I listen to my record of Erics solo.
Eric and Adam really made my day, and I wish I could have told them, before I had to head back to Germany !!!
Adam also did a Q&A on Sunday (together with Danny and Tom) and I actually wanted to transcribe the Q&A, but I won't do it now
First, because the talk had been cut down to 30 minutes, because Collectormania wanted to give Nick Brendon talking time too.
The second reason is, that most of the question have been "Adam, are you married, or do have a girl friend" and "Andrew-Spike relationship" type of question. And those aren't worth to be transcribed at all!
Well, we cracked to tears when someone asked "Adam, what was it like to kiss Kennedy" and he answered "I've never met Kennedy but...."
I think there might be a few still thinking "these guys are strange, why do they answer questions with "next one please"?"
Beside those stupid ones Danny got to tell a bit about the marathon he did, and he thanked those who have made a donation. He also talked about the Kerry Fundraiser Living Room Gig.
There was something I actually wanted to know, but I was to nervous to take the microphone, so that Fiorina had to ask Adam whose idea it was to let Steve Dixon sing (on the Jury). He said that "they" (Producers, I guess) came up with this idea. We also asked about the future of this show, but Adam couldn't tell, because he didn't knew.
Everything was great this weekend, beside the "little" fact that we got stucked on the motorway and Fiorina missed her flight back home

I cant belive that only a week ago i had never heard a Common Rotation song. When i heard they were coming to Collectormania i thought i should check them out. The album came in time from my birthday (mon 27th). It was love at first listen. The songs are just so catchy. They were amazing live, really entertaining. Had to leave at 11 on Saturday night because my poor old grandad kindly said he would pick me up so i didnt have chance to get my album signed. i pray they are selling tickets at the door in Manchester because theres a feeling in the back of my stomach that i know wont go away until i see them again. Just started University at Manchester Met so they are piling on the work. But what better way to spend my student loan than seeing Common Rotation again!
Quoting Jess from the setlist: Biography (Not sure right now, I think Eric player "Do that")
They are one and the same.
Sounds like everyone is having fun over there!

I too saw the guys at the collectormania party. They were absolutely great. I'm so annoyed that i'm not going to be able to make any of their current tour dates.I spoke to the guys and their agent and they all said that they'd love to come back again. I do hope they do. I told Adam personally that i'd pesters Showmasters and he told me to please do so.
So all you people out ther help me get them back to Milton Keynes.
I can't wait til the next album arrives.
n my opinion they were the best thing that happened all weekend. I'm so glad they came.
Hey Guys! Love You! Keep up the great work. Look forwatrd to seeing you again really soon.

Well, I dragged along my cousin and her BF to the Troubador. They LOVED it and I'm so glad, because it was 15 quid at the door to get in! (and yes, there were a few tickets available at the door, but only a few - so good to hear people were turned away, but I DO feel sorry for them!)
It was noticeably long set - I think they played for over 90 minutes. Unfortunately I was sitting way at the back near the sound booth, and couldn't get my mitts a set list (I was hoping the sound guy would have one, but alas, not to be).
Worse luck, afterwards I tripped on the way back to my hotel and hurt my hand, so tonight I'll be wearing a lovely tubigrip bandage! :P And this will be the last gig I go to...

Thanks for the photos and to everyone else who've posted theirs up. The guys look great, as usual. Extra special acknowledgment to the fetching new 'dos Matt and Eric are sporting! Very handsome!

oh my god, i saw the band for the first time at the Party on Saturday - they were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! i've been listening to their album non-stop, its so catchy and Adam has the most beautiful distinctive voice.
wish i could've gone to the Troubadour gig, but i had to go back to uni on Sunday. so they're coming back to England in April then?? did someone say that's when they were coming back? i asked them and adam said he wasn't sure, but he really liked it here. got a hug and a kiss too!!
i'm going to buy all the albums on the website now, i bought a t-shirt and the big fear, wish i'd bought everything cause 11 tracks just aint enough!!
love to all you CoRo fans, i was in the 2nd row from the front at the Collectormania party on Sat, so hi to you all! Jo x x x

Jess thanks for the pics. I was still reading the manual for my camera at the Q&A so all I got was video! Lucky I had my other camera with me for the pic with Adam!
The weekend was so amazing, hearing Savior Rosa Parks was one of the highlights & the slow version of Oklahoma. I loved it when Adam was trying to tell the story about his toy accordian & he got himself & us totally confused with all the names lol. The toilets in the Troubadour were pretty interesting too.
Sue I must have been standing right next to you, in front of the sounds guys box!

I think I'll have some pictures, but very few. I hate feeling like I've seen a gig through a camera. I have to wait till my film is finished to develop them, though - I'm still old fashioned, lol.
Of course, that's all depending on if my camera decided to work properly...
Saviour Rosa Parks was soooo incredible, can't believe how convincing Adam's rapping was! soon as i get any pics from the milton keynes party gig, i'll put them up, though i had a few heads in front of me so they won't be as good as yours Jess!
by the way, quick question - i've just ordered 28 orange street, hotel cafe live, and the bitter end live CD's. Anyone know which tracks are on these live albums? it would be great if Saviour Rosa Parks was on one of them!

Hi everyone.
I'm a little late for this but I'm still recovering from that oh so great weekend. I saw the guys for the first time (hey, they played that one) at the party and I was absolutely amazed. The show was pure fun. All their songs are so catchy and mmh that harmonies... Adam, Eric and Jordan are very very talented musicians. The show totally knocked me of my feet and the gig at the troubadour was even three times better. The setlist was absolutely perfect and so long, you guys really made my day.
I was one of the german girls with the special shirts and I just wanted to say thank you for everything because I was too nervous at the sighning sessions I totally forgot. I'm such a coward. So I'm doing it know: Thanks a lot for the autographs and the photos and of course for the two fucking great shows. Hope you'll be back in April.

Did I just switch from third person to address? Whatever, I'm out of my mind...
Just wanted to say thank you for posting the pitures from last weekend. I had my camera with me, but all the jumping around kinda made the pictures blurred, plus my camera's not the best, anyway. I cannot believe how totally amazing the guys were last Saturday. I was only at the event because of this obsession thing I have with Nicholas Brendon, but the band really made my weekend, and now I have major crushes on Adam and Eric. I bought 2 of the CD's just afte the gig and even managed to have a little chat with them while they were signing, so I'm definitely now a major fan. I've been listening to them non-stop since I came home, and now I want all of them. I really wanted to go to the gig on Tuesday on Manchester, but I was ill because of being so busy at the weekend, so I was kinda annoyed.
Does anyone know if the Hotel Cafe CD that's on sale through the links on this site is volume 1 or 2? I bought volume 2 last week without seeing that it was 1 of 2. I'd really like the first one, but wasn't sure which is on sale.
Thanks in advance
Lisa
