*gapes* I am really mad that I didn't know about this. Now that I know how to get to Long Island....*sighs*
Not what I wanted to come home from work and see. What a great set....

I think I need new glasses since for about an hour I thought that said "crap" instead of "crowd."

How many people were at the show? Was it like a normal show or a private one? Weird how it wasn't on the site.

Well, this is disconcerting. I would have easily been able to go to that one. When was this show announced and where?

Lot's of shows don't seem to get put on the main page. hmmm....
See, I don't think I needed to know that. If it was private, why not keep it private? Or maybe I'm the only one who feels that I'd rather not know what I was missing.
I hope anyone that went to this show had a GREAT time! That set list is awesome. Thanks to whomever posted it, I really like to see what the guys are playing these days whether or not I can attend it.
And Karen? I also read it as "crap" at first too, hahahaha. It's either not just your eyes or you and I have something wrong with us.
The show wasn't on the CR emails that I get, either. I was in NYC that weekend and could have gone. Ah well, I'm sure a good time was had by all.

Not to be totally dense, but what is (Thataway)?

Be prepared for a really dumb ass response but...Thataway is when someone says (for example) 'Which way did Nai go?' and the person replies with 'Thataway' and points in a certain direction. Its like a word that accompanies an action. Of course it could mean something totally different for Common Ro but thats what I think it is !

Forgot to add the question : Was it a song title ? Or...something else ?! Actually thinking about it Watcher, you probs know what the word 'thataway' means and wanted to know the same thing I do. Was it a song or a...something else ?! Told you to be ready for a dumb ass response ! TOTALLY wishing I hadn't replied to this now !

Nai, it's a set list. It's just the songs the band will sing. It doesn't include stage directions, at least not the ones I've seen.
I was asking what song Thataway means. It was in parentheses. I wanted to know if that meant anything. Like, maybe they'll sing the song only if there's time. Or, this song will be inserted into the previous/next song.
I was looking for an answer from the person who posted the set list.
And, I'm guessing Help is the Beatle's Help. But it could be something else.
Mmm, How To Lose going right into Wasted Words. Lovely.

Perhaps...

I'm going to venture a guess and suggest that either a) this show was only recently scheduled and was not posted on the official page for that reason and/or b) was, as others have suggested, a private show of sorts, perhaps for a specific group of people or organization or something. Honestly, I've only been to one show, and I've only met these guys (well, at least Jordan and Adam, who were both terrifically nice, and Justin who I inadvertently tried to strangle) that one time, but knowing what I do about them, their 'mission' of sorts, and the way they regard their fans, I doubt that this was intended to be particularly exclusive. I'm personally leaning towards the first option...
Of course, I could be completely wrong, and all of that could be rubbish, but it's just an idea.
And I do sympathize with those who find this news to be a bit of a bummer...while I'm quite certain that I would in no way have been able to attend, I know that a lot of you are in the NYC general area (at least more so than myself), and could have made it. It IS a wicked setlist. I'm seriously itching to see them again, and that setlist only makes that more so.
By the way, I know this is a different thread, but for anyone wondering about the Woodstock audio, I haven't heard the majority of it yet, but my friend James (who actually did the recording) is working on editing it at the moment and he says it's pretty decent. Not bad for a first effort, anyway. Hopefully we'll be able to get that to you all soon.

RST, thanks for the news about the Woodstock audio. I'm looking forward to it since my taping didn't work that show. I was wondering about the audio just a half hour ago!
