Tickets for the London Gig

Hey, my friend purchased tickets for him and I about a month back, but they still haven't arrived. I thought we didn't actually recieve them but he says we do. So what gives? Do we go to the gig and take our email reciept or what?

he's mistaken and you are correct

"Please note: no actual tickets will be mailed out, all tickets will be picked up at the door the night of the show"
