I know Everything Under The Sun is from the 2004-09-04 Hotel Cafe show. On the Hotel Cafe vol 3 cd, I can hear the same bottles or glasses clinking in the background.

I'm pretty sure the live track of "God Will" is from the L.A. benefit for John Kerry in May 2004 -- it's a cover they did a lot, but that's the only time I remember the "someone I just can't trust/Weapons that mass-destruct" rhyme.

No, he's done that rhyme more than once, definitely. I don't think they recorded that show on anything but video.

I've heard that rhyme several times - in fact I think the recording from the Iron Horse in 2002 (available at CoRo.de) has it on it.

yeah, i think they also sang something similar at the first collectormania party as well.
