Hi Guys,

Here's some exciting news about Common Rotation.

This Monday April 3rd @ 7.00 pm, the feature film "In A Day" will be screening as part of The Method Fest Film Festival in Calabasas / Los Angeles.

Common Rotation has the song "Clear Channel" featured in the film. And very soon, there will be an accompanying music video for it.

To book tickets or learn more about the screening time and location, visit The Method Fest site: www.methodfest.com

To learn more about the film, visit the official website: www.inadaymovie.com

It's a drama / comedy / romance with an edge.

The director Evan Richards and star Lorraine Pilkington of "In A Day" will be present.

Thanks!

Thanks for the info. If you can, be sure to let us know when and where we can see that music video.

Since this is a UK film, I wonder if the film characters saw the band on one of their trips across the pond.

There's more information about the movie at the Film Festival site than there is on the movie's official website.

BTW, I like the Mission Statemnet of this event:

Mission: Named for the "Stanislavski Method' which brought truth and realism to the world of acting, The Method Fest is the only major film festival in the U.S. that pays homage to the actor. The Method Fest is truly The Actor's Film Festival, a festival of Discovery, seeking breakout acting performances of emerging stars and established actors in story-driven independent films.

Following Julia's reference, I checked out the Links on that site. That led me to "In A Day" director's Evan Richard's site. On his Projects page he says:

"Co-directed with Abner and Kamma Pastoll a music video for the band Common Rotation. www.commonrotation.com. It's not finished yet. So there's nothing to see. But soon!"

I wish people would date their information. How soon is soon?

"In A Day" movie

April 1 2006, 2:46 PM

Hi Watcher652,

There's actually a lot about the movie on the official site (very cute). Have to wait til it loads up. There's bios, story, etc. Though I couldn't get the preview to show for some reason.

But I definitely want to go see the film!

And can't wait to see the video.

The movie "In A Day" is showing in Calabasas this monday (April 3) at the Carlson Family Theatre. 23527 Mulholland Hwy.

The festival said you can buy tickets on the night, if you don't want to book online.

They said they have student discounts.
