Okay, I know this is getting boring what with more grousing from me here, but it's been nearly a week and I still can't buy anything from the online store, though I've tried dozens of times from multiple computers. I appreciate that there's been log-in issues these past few days, but I'm not having any trouble logging in. I can get all the way through to confirming my order and THEN the system gets bitchy with me. Each time I think, "this is it! this time I've got it!" and right when the confirmation number should come up, I get that long "so sorry we can't complete your order..." message. This sucks. If the man who responded before who is from the prostores company is reading this, could you see if you have a problem at the end of the order process? Thanks, and then if you manage to get some CD's ordered, send them on to me why don't you because I'd really love them...

Actually, to make up for the undo stress this has caused me daily since last week I believe that having the guys (okay, just Adam) hand deliver the cd's to me personally would not be asking for too much.

Would that be the kind of message you are getting? Least you know you're not the only one. I can't log in either. Need to grab the gremlins by the ears and bash them against the wall, only way to stop them messing up the website

Yup! That's the message! I emailed Matt last week and pasted that very message into my letter so he could see for himself what's going on, but haven't had a response yet- suppose he's busy. I'm really irritated with this whole thing because I can't find any Common Rotation cds anywhere else and thought this was going to be EASY and the guys would get the money for the sale directly (for the most part) to boot, but instead nearly three weeks later I'm still sitting here unable to order anything and not hearing back from anyone who might actually give a damn about this problem is frustrating as hell.

Don't mean to sound so bitter, but way to police a website to make sure all is in working order, even when people are TELLING you things are a mess...

Let me know if by any chance you have any luck ordering at some point since it's become a waste of my time to go through the order process over and over and over again only to not have it work...

I tried CD Baby and Big Fear is out of stock. Thanks for the reminder to download. I'll do that, but I like my "stuff" and that includes cds with their pretty covers...sad, but true. I also thought I'd be a do-bee and give the money to the band by buying from them. I'm not going to go all snarky again because it's really unattractive, but it would be nice if the website could get their issues straightened out.

Online store still isn't working I had a look on amazon, but the new album isn't on there yet.


Victoria. I know from experience Matt will reply asap, usually once he has investigated whatever problem has arisen and he can give an answer to the query. Don't forget he is just as busy as the rest of the group. Did you contact the store manager?

First, I would like to apologize to anyone who was not able to purchase merchandise from Common Rotation. We had a very involved problem with the online store that took a long time to fix. It's finally up and working. (It cost me $10 to find out.) Thank you, Odd Sox, for supplying the error message. It helped.
