The old MRT4K site has not been abandoned by me. It is still under the same management that Zen, CPFace, and Silver Tiger entrusted it to. I have not declined to add AW's new material; he never asked that it be added. In fact, I did tell him in an IRC conversation that I would be willing to archive his MiSTings in the MRT4K site.
Al's Waiter's site includes copies of the material on the MRT4K site in Slack & Hash's Domain, plus his own new material. I don't know if he asked Zen, Silver Tiger, and CPFace permission to copy the material onto his site. It's certainly news to me. shrug
