I just watched season 4 recently, and there is only one Glitch. MegaBob never had a Glitch. When Bob and Glitch split and Bob goes back to Web-Bob, Glitch leaves him, goes to MegaBob, takes back Bob's code, and then goes back to Bob. Then Bob becomes full Bob again.
This is why anyone who doesn't believe Bob is Bob afterwards is dumb, because Glitch can obviously tell the difference and wouldn't be stuck on Megabyte's arm. No one seems to think about this during the show, though. Either that or they think Megabyte can somehow morph into two beings at once, which was not demonstrated anywhere, and since he had a hold of Glitch when he took Bob's code to begin with you'd think he'd have taken Glitch's code then too...so really, they have no leg to stand on with this one, in my opinion.
