Well, right now URA 2003 is just in the planning station, but once we start it, I'm sure it will work like it has every year.
What will happen is the web site will be posted with a nomination form. All you have to do is fill out the name of the fic, the author, and the web site it can be found out. You can also plug the fic at the forum once all this deliberation over categories is over. That URL is
