Try www.inwap.com. Last I checked (which was some time ago, I admit) there was a fairly good shot of Matrix looking ready to rumble (as usual, bless his hyperactive soul)--and there was a nice inset of his tattoo. (There's a page of all the images on the ReBoot site--try that.)
Your brother may be nuts for wating a tattoo--but at least he's got good taste in imagery. He could have picked something commonly juvenile like a naked girl or something. ("'Ain't never so bad it can't get worse.") He is going to put it in the right place, on the left shoulder, isn't he? (OK, not my business.) Good luck!
