Personally, I've never played the Sims, even though countless times I've asked for it for Christmas and my birthday, but I guess my parents see it as if I want it, I can use my own paycheck to get it.
Even though I haven't played the game, I have still pondered the question before. My guess it that they'd either be background characters just chillin' or be the actually character you control, yet I doubt that since that's most likely a game sprite.
Any mean people in there who are game sprites, or you think are game sprites? My best bet is that those of the who Bob & co. are.
