I'm not teed off, I just wanted to make my policy on contributions clear. If I had unlimited space maybe it'd be different, but since Yahoo murdered Simplenet I don't.
And, as I said, there are other sites with general fan art archives out there. I believe that Mayhem's and Julia_Cat's sites were two I recommended.
