Thank you so much for deciding to do this! I got so excited when I read your posts. Because it's true, we really need more people. Hopefully, if the fanworld gets more active and thriving again, we might see the return of missing legends! AMG! Hanako and Claire! Daemon! ...Everybody else who was big even before I got around to looking up ReBoot stuff on the 'Net!
I will definitely be celebrating the Month. The only problem will be finding people I haven't already initiated. Because the people remaining are the uninterested and unconvertible. Oh well. This motivates me to try. I might put up posters around campus inviting strangers into... my building's lounge. It will be so exciting! I'll even buy them popcorn.
I have every episode on tape, but, sadly, not much in the way of copying them. Although, I would really love to have episodes on my computer, mostly for music video-making purposes. So if anybody could send me as many as you can... I'll think warm thoughts of you forevermore. And, for the record, many VHS tapes of random episodes from the first two seasons are available, in both formats. Sadly, the North American ones only have one episode on each... I think. I know there are at least two on the other system (PAL?) with two episodes per tape.
By the way, thanks for that Bob Buckley link in an earlier post. I didn't even know he had a website.
You know what would be great for this month? The ReMap to be put back up. Whatever happened to that? I liked knowing where fellow Booters live in North America... and beyond. Whoever made that, is there any chance you could fix or repost it? Or would somebody else make a new one?
And although I know this post is already too long (see how excited this whole idea gets me...), this is an excellent opportunity to think about some kind of convention for the 10-year. Maybe this summer. If you want to talk to me about it, use my ICQ at 21373237.
