here some tips for your breaking:
1.strech before breaking especially when performing power moves and combos
such as jackhammer,windmills,headspins,and six step.
2.make sure whatever your breaking on is confortable and smooth.
3.When you start breaking don't just jump into combos try a few basics first.
4.when babyfreezing make sure elbow is firmly tucked under chest.When the fingers or wrists start hurting stop imediatly.
5.no matter weather your a pro or a begginer just remember to have fun.
